Keffie has excellent ideas and she helped me solve a lighting problem during a remodel. The condo had plaster ceilings, so pendant lights over the kitchen island were not feasible. Instead she picked out a beautiful overhead light with one electrical connection. It was just the right size, style, and price to really pull the look together! I thought it was perfect!

My mom has had the worst experience with this company on a simple project of Kitchen cabinets being repainted and countertops replaced. She also had a bathroom remodel in the plan but the project didn't get completed (started in April 2022 and start date is now pushed to May 2023). The cabinet painting is like sandpaper, the countertop installation was done wrong (even according to a second contractor that came in). Even with multiple requests Keffie has not been by the condo since my mother returned in early October to see the issues. These are only half the issues she is dealing with. I would not use this company.

I would give zero stars, if I could. I contacted Lancaster back in May and had a consultation with Keffie for some window treatments and wall coverings. She asked for $1000 and promptly cashed the check. Nearly 3 months have gone by and I haven't heard a peep. When I reached out a month ago I was told "I was out of town with a virus", and was promised an email quote that same day and a box of samples. That was a month ago, and I still don't have anything, and she is not responding to my emails. I have worked with several designers in the past, and this is both unusual and unprofessional.
