They had the right shed for our needs and their purchase/delivery process is second to none. BTW this is the second shed we have purchased from them. Different manufacturers, but both sheds were top quality and Shed Movers did a great job placing and anchoring. I did the permitting but not much more.

Called to get some information on their products for some landscaping work we were doing. The woman on the phone was rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to tell me a few details. Instead we ended up buying 10 yards of material from Sod and Gravel Depot around the corner.

Unheard of delivery charge of $175.00 to travel approximately 3 miles! In addition if you pay with anything other than cash they charge you extra money. More than a reasonable fee. Unheard of up charges!! When I purchased my order the sales person promised I would be the first or 2nd delivery. That didn’t happen. When I called the morning of the delivery I was then told by her that maybe I’ll be 4th! This company is unscrupulous at best! I will never do business with them again. If you are looking for good customer service at reasonable prices this is NOT the company to do business with!! I only gave them one star because zero stars was not available.

I don't like to give bad reviews but I think I would want to know what this business is like. I wouldn't give them any stars if possible or even minus. I hired this business to deliver 5 buckets of gravel to my driveway. I called and changed the order to 3 buckets. They said they would reimburse me if I called. They delivered 3 buckets of gravel, nice delivery guy, nice gravel. I called many times to have them credit my card. The lady that answered the phone was evasive and not helpful. I live 30 minutes away and said if she wouldn't help me I would have to drive there. She didn't seem impressed. Every time I called and asked for the manager, she would say she was out. I finally wrote a letter explaining my disappointment asking for my money to be reimbursed. I got a letter back telling me to call. I did, and got the same lady saying the manager was out. They are thieves. The only thing I would recommend is their delivery man. He was so nice. I also admit that their gravel was very nice. It is really a shame. I don't like leaving bad reviews but people need to know. I will report to the better business bureau.

Take the phone AWAY from that woman behind the phone, she was no helpful at all, i asked her for prices, the website doesn't have prices or rock types, she said I would have too go there and I told her I physically can't go there due to a broken bone. I explained what I wanted she said they are sold out, all I wanted was a few options andd all I got was a very rude attitude. Thanks a lot for that terrible customer service. We ended up using SOD Depot. They were great.
