Great quality plants but I pass by everyday and unfortunately can never shop here since their never open during reasonable hours for the average working person. You are losing a lot of business from commuters. Closing at 5 is a bad business strategy during peak season months. 10-6 or 11-7 perhaps?

I was charged $129.99 for a 1.3 gallon container of Round Up. I figured I was overcharged by $100. The General Manager stonewalled me and told me that $129.99 is the price in their system. Nobody in their right mind would pay 4-5X for a product available at every Home Depot or Lowe’s. She said there was nothing she could do. Ripped off big time. Don’t shop at Laurel Oak, they are crooks.

I am so glad that I chose Laurel Oak for my backyard landscaping! I had my consultation with Dave who has a BS in Landscape Architecture; he was very patient with me as I know NOTHING about bushes/plants. Also, we have a bit of a water issue in the yard, and Dave knew what to plant in that area. Dave was also very patient on a follow-up phone call, answering all of my questions. The landscaping was done in one afternoon with their crew of four.

we ordered mulch and dirt to garden. Instead we received what looked like compost and dirt. We were told it was mulch/compost and that it was the best thing we could use. Instead of correcting the issue and giving us what we ordered they told us they would not charge us for the compost ..Two months later and we have spent three hours every week pulling weeds. We will be going elsewhere to get real mulch to prevent weeds. Make sure they deliver the right products before they dump on your driveway.

Zero star rating, contacting Better Business Bureau. When Joyce was Manager, this NEVER would have happened! Stopped in today for a plain door wreath, tag read $24.99. Inside, asked for pricing for a bow at top, she said "no charge." She had one ready-made, attached it, rang it up for $37.31. I questioned the charge. She repeated numerous times that if the wreath is decorated, the price changes. I repeated numerous times that the tag read $24.99 and that she told me there was no charge for a bow. She looked as if she was on drugs, honestly, making no sense at all. After 25 years as a loyal local customer, a senior citizen struggling for food in this pandemic, scraping together money for this fresh wreath was my ONLY Christmas joy. She is a liar, a thief and so are the owners. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
