We had to take down an Old Oak tree and by county regulations we had to plant another Shade tree, we visited This nursery and Carol helped us find a Beautiful Magnolia.
We also had them install a small area with river Rock and Red Candle plants. They definitely did an awesome 😎 Job.
Eric is also very knowledgeable and very passionate about plants 🪴
We definitely will buy if needed in the future.

My husband and I decided to update the front of our home. After 18yrs the plants were overgrown and the landscaping wasn’t at all appealing. I contacted Laurel Springs and spoke to Forrest. What a knowledgeable, professional, and personable gentleman! He was beyond helpful and provided me with contacts for an excellent arborist and great sod company. I spent a morning with Forrest at the nursery selecting possible plants for our project. He had a definite plan and it was exciting watching the project evolve. Our front yard has improved so much, many of our neighbors have stopped to compliment the work. Forrest was so wonderful to work with and made the experience amazing. Would highly recommend him!

In August 2023, Laurel Oaks planted three young trees in our yard for $1,100. Now a year later, after Debby blew through our area one of the trees had leaned over. I phoned Laurel Oaks and spoke with Forrest about re-staking the tree. Forrest said that the price to do this would be $150, and said he would check his schedule and call me back that same afternoon (a week ago Wednesday) about setting a day and time to come out. When Forrest hadn't called back by Friday, I phoned again. He apologized for not calling, and again he promised to call me Saturday morning to make an appointment for the following Monday or Tuesday. It is now Friday of the following week, (nine days since I first requested service) and I still have not heard from Forrest. Meanwhile, I phoned the nursery again twice, leaving two messages asking Forrest or anyone available to call me. No return call. I would like to think this is just a rare compound goof, but rather it seems a very real indication of Laurel Oaks' poor customer service. Over the past year, I spoke with Laurel Oaks personnel (including owner Dave) on at least two occasions , and found them indifferent to my questions and concerns. This seems to be a situation where a business has become too big and self-important, adopting a "fine if you like us--fine if you don't" attitude. Thus, I give Laurel Oaks a more-than-fair and very generous two-star rating--only because of their large tree inventory. Bottom line: Buy from Laurel Oaks Nursery if you want, but don't expect them to be there for you after your purchase--even when you're willing to pay for additional service.

Laurel Oaks nursery, and tree Farm is the best. Rafael and Serafin planted our royal Palm this morning, and did a fantastic job. When the truck pulled up, you could see that they had the palm well protected and upon speaking with them, I knew I was in good hands. Very knowledgeable and experienced gentleman, and I very much appreciated their patience answering my questions and passing along valuable tips for royal palm tree care. Laura Oaks installed our Fox Tails in the backyard three years ago as well as a double and triple Fox Tails in the front yard one year ago. All are doing fantastic. It you are looking to do anything with plants, you need to start here. They have the best selection you can possibly find in the Tampa area with things you would never have thought you could plant in this area. Additionally, the staff is fantastic at helping suggest what will work best for where you are planting so you don’t put a plant in an area it won’t do well. And if you can get a chance to have Forrest work with you, he is absolutely amazing.

Ordered 5 very mature Queen Palms (20-25ft overall height) from their nursery site in Odessa and start>finish 1st class execution 10/15/2018. First their inventory and selection of trees and plants is superior quality and walking or driving around shows they know how to care and grow what thrives here in Greater Tampa area. I worked mainly with Linda as my sales person but also owner David and several others from install team and all were very courteous and SUPER helpful. I'm going to say they are a quality establishment and very fairly competitively priced and you will not be disappointed with their inventory and service. They also offer landscaping design and a fair amount of custom work. Installation team of 5 came to put the trees in my yard one of them being a Supervisor and also a lead guy but all have orchestrated tasks. Palms went in without issue, team even had to relocate a few sprinklers and they did so without any hesitation parts already in truck. Will do business and referrals again. Thanks Again Laurel Oaks team!

Usually I don’t write reviews but I visit this nursery and I’m a happy customer after my visit today. I went looking for Milkweed for my caterpillars, and they have a good selection. I was so happy to found this place, the customer service was very helpful and patience. He was very knowledgeable, he even load it the plants to my car. This will my nursery to go from now on, they have a big property with a lots of plants, trees and palms.

This place is a hidden Treasure. The property is a 25 acre tropical paradise. I pulled in to the entrance off Racetrack Road and followed the signs to the customer parking area. When I parked a nice lady showed up in a golf cart to show me around. This place has several buildings on it and everything looks well maintained.They have a huge selection of plants, trees and palms of various sizes. If you are looking for a wide selection of plants for your project you should check this place out.
