Since Lawn Enforcement took over the contract for On Top on the World, the landscaping has gone downhill drastically. They don't thow fallen branches or fronds in beds. The beds are overtaken with weeds, some taller than the plants. Poison Ivy grows in the beds and up a tree. Today, I picked up some of the fallen branches and place them by the curb for pickup. Minutes later the lawn mower came and just ran over the piles, which is bad for the equipment and your reputation. He was stopped a little further up and I asked him why he ran over the piles. He decided it would be a good idea to raise his voice and argue with a resident, again, not good for your reputation. I hope that there is an escape clause from the contract for non performance.

We recently used Lawn Enforcement Agency, and unfortunately, my experience was not up to expectations. The quality of the work was lacking, with several noticeable issues that were not addressed during the initial visit. Additionally, communication throughout the process was lacking, making it difficult to get timely updates or clarification on some details.

That said, I do appreciate the company's efforts to make things right once I expressed my concerns. They were responsive and offered to fix the difference in expectations, which showed that they are committed to improving their services. While the initial outcome was frustrating, I respect their willingness to correct the issues and am hopeful that future projects will be better.

We contacted several companies for ideas to update our patio and fix the draining problem.We chose Lawn Enforcement due to the design and professionalism of the staff. They actually designed the patio to be wheelchair accessible, now I am to access my porch and get down to the lower level which I had never been able to do. They also added a french drain that solved the drainage problem. I couldn't be happier with the final result.

Your driving is atrocious. Cutting across two lanes of traffic to slam on your brakes and lock up your trailer brakes is not a good way to represent your business.

LEA takes care of lawn care in the community I live in and they unfortunately launched something that was on the ground into the rear window of our car. It’s been sorted out a few days later and it looks good as new. Unfortunately a bit of paint damage from the tape being put on the car to protect against rain getting in, but our paint wasn’t very good to begin with so it’s not a worry for us.

It was all an unfortunate situation that a thing launched at just the right angle to smash our cars window but it’s just a window. Im glad no one was injured and that no damage to anyone’s home or car body panel had happened.

Although there was a delay in the start date and they had to come back several times to address issues with the water flow, they solved a drainage problem that’s been going on for over 20 years. They were very professional and I’m a very happy customer. I highly recommend. I’m looking forward to a return call from them for addressing a drainage issue at my pool.
