Terrible experience with this company. Little to no communication. They send messages out through an app when they are "on the way" . They show up, don't knock on the door or anything then they are here and gone in 15 minutes. We were forced to do a 3 cut minimum after our first service we were ready to be done with them. They were supposed to give us a quote for bushes, hedge's and flower bed maintenance. They gave the quote through the app when the guy was done with the lawn. We could not accept the quote due to an error in the app and he left. On top of that he dumped the lawn clippings in our recycle bin. Then charged us for a long grass fee which was more than the total cost of the service entirely. This was not shared with us and why we scheduled them to begin with since we just moved into a rental that had not been taken care of. We reached out to customer service about how unhappy we were, nothing changed. Sencond time around, same as before here and gone in 15 minutes, this time they didn't even touch our back yard and again dumped the clippings in our recycle bin. Then we were charge for our service and plus for the lawn treatment that was never provided. When customer service was contacted the only "resolution" they gave us was that they were going to coach the person doing the work. We originally hired them to do a "yard clean up" but they have yet to do so. All they do is mow and edge. Lesson learned terrible choice and will not hire this company ever again. Keep being told I will be contacted but never do get contacted.
