A great experience with Kevin at the south Naples store. He showed us all their outdoor lanai couches, love seats and chairs along with dining sets. He carefully explained the advantages and prices of each set and what was in stock.

We selected a couch, swiveling chair and dining table.

Delivery was professional and occurred two days later - the crew that set it up were careful in our home.

The outdoor dining table had a shadow flaw on it. They took a picture of the flaw and were happy to replace it the next day. Now, that is professional service.

Great quality, good prices and excellent service.

Custom ordered a very expensive outdoor table with a gray base and brown top waited four months and delivery was a month later than anticipated delivery date. When I finally got my delivery they delivered the wrong color base and the top of my table looked like complete garbage. Discolored cracked holes. Now they tell me that they have to file a claim and I’ll have to wait months for a new table meanwhile they didn’t have any problem taking my money. No one said anything to help they have been absolutely and completely always throwing the blame on to somebody else. Supply chain they say I said that’s what I get when the workmanship on this table is a shoddy and terrible . If I were you I would do your homework on this company their products are beautiful in the showroom and I’m sure that some people have good experiences but as for me I did not.

After checking out many, many stores in Naples and feeling overwhelmed, we ended up purchasing our outdoor lanai furniture from Leaders South Naples. The selection on display in the store was extensive and we could judge the quality first-hand by sitting on the chairs and loungers and comparing to other options.
Jennifer and Kevin were very knowledgeable and helpful, showing us all options and helping us narrow down our choices to what suited us best. It was great that I could buy both dining and sitting pieces that all matched so I can interchange them according to out seating arrangements. I was extremely happy that I could select the color for my cushions from a wide variety of choices and was reassured that they would be ready in a couple of weeks. It was custom service at no additional cost!
I was very excited that delivery of the rest of the furniture happened the very next day. The evening before, I was told of my two-hour window and the delivery men were right on time. They handled all pieces carefully and were very personable and professional.
I am just thrilled with my furniture and confident that I made the right choices. The quality of the furniture is great and I especially love the excellent prices. I highly recommend Leaders of South Naples!
