Owners. at least I believe them to be the owners, are incredibly nice people. They both have been great each time I have been there. Sign up front says “wholesale only, no retail sales so keep that in mind. We buy rolls of pine straw and they are always stocked, no questions. Deborah usually takes care of the payments and easy to find her outside and possibly with the two Watch Cats!

ATTENTION: IF YOU VALUE YOUR COMPANY & DIGNITY DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL GROUP OF INDIVIDUALS! We are also filing complaints with the BBB as well as all licensing companies, advertisements etc. My fiance is so shaken up and crying, never in her life has she been treated this way by anyone.

My fiance and i own a small landscaping LLC. here in Panama City Beach, FL. We arrived today at 12:45 to purchase about 1500.00 in plant material for a new client of ours. The gate was opened we pulled in as we had before begin loading carts and as the minutes rolled by their crew went to lunch. Finally, after all plants were loaded on carts a worker said that we needed to sit in our trucks until their lunch break was over. I said no problem, was walking back to tell my wife that we had to wait in our trucks and as i was walking up to tell her the OWNER was cursing my wife out, calling her names and she was standing there apologizing explain that no one told us that we couldn't walk around and pick out plants. The more we were apologizing the louder he yelled and screamed profanity at the both of us. At this point we will most certainly go out of our way to tell every contractor and every one of their competitors that we come across to NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Incredibly rude. The owner was awful. I have never been treated so badly in my life. I didn't know it was their lunch and he started screaming in my face. He was literally threatening me and cursing at me. I tried to be polite but he kept screaming, I told him sorry. I couldnt even get a word in. I can't impress enough of how he treated me like a dog, like I wasn't even human. All I did was pick out a cart of plants to purchase. Completely uncalled for, very ugly person. I will never go back. It was terribly upsetting.

After driving over an hour and battling traffic the owner was far more concerned with his upcoming lunch ( and kinda rude) than to spend even a minute to help a landscaper.
New to the area and trying to find a good nursery for my business, but I will never waste my time driving to his business again. And as he stated...it is his business to run as he feels. So true, and I guess customer service is a thing of the past. I hope he got severe heartburn today!

Ray & Rebecca i just spoke with you two about your horrifying experience at Lisenby nursery. We have had a similar experience with lisenby nursery in the past, and have opted to never do business with these people again. I went here for the first time a few days ago and they had an amazing selection! I had no idea what I wanted and the gal there was so sweet, inviting and knowledgeable! I ended up getting to absolutely beautiful Hibiscus plants and I couldn’t believe how affordable they were! I will definitely be back!

Anytime I travel to the Panama City Beach area, a stop at Lisenby Nursery and Outdoor is a must destination. Its not just locals that love going there.
I live hundreds of miles north and they know what will work best for me. For over 20 years I've shopped there and hope to see them during their holiday schedule.
