I agree with Kitty Kats review. I too bought this at my local grocery store thinking it looked so cute. It was on the high side price wise for a small decorative plant. However after having this plant for a period of time it is obvious that mold is growing in the base of the plant (see photo) and there is absolutely no way to clean it other than breaking the display. I contacted the company and was told you can clean it up but there's absolutely no way to do this without harming the plant.

Bought some of your plants at Lowes. I noticed that there was no name of the plant on the info card, and there was no plant name on it. I hoped I would find the information on your site but was unable to for any of the ones I bought. Can you please do your customers a favor and write the scientific name or common name of the plant on the tag? It's absolutely ridiculous that you expect us to scour your site for simple information, in the first place. Never buying from you guys again. Especially not now after seeing the reviews. So convinced the good ones are fake.

The Plant I recieved was healthy. But, it was glued in so I can not soak it. It had fake flowers attached. The included information was bogus. Going to their website for plant care was also non existing.
Update added a star because the plant is still heslthy.

They have these LiveTrends at my local grocery store, Wegmans. The presentation of air plants in the tall glass vase was EYECATCHING and I was ready to buy. BUT!!! I inspected. 😑 The Air Plants were SUPERGLUED to the moss. The website it does not state weather or not the super glue is a plant safe glue like E6000. I would HOPE. But I wasn't taking the chance of spending 50bucks and then eventually have the plant die. More info and better customer service. Otherwise I've seen great products from them.

Phalaenopsis Hybrid ordered in TX, shipped to CA arrived in PERFECTLY BEAUTIFUL condition May 9, 11:30 PDT. The potted moss was still damp. The orchid has 8 blossoms; 5 buds. It has a home in low light; 1 gave it 1 oz. H20 today. I am having a HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY tomorrow... Gratitude to Don Sager.
