I had a large, last-minute request and Longboat Key Flower shop saved the day! She made the process so smooth, easy, personal, and enjoyable. Her work and artistry are incredible, and the recipient LOVED the arrangement. She even sent me a video or the gorgeous arrangement and coordinated with the recipient on delivery. Buyer beware!! Items listed on web page are NOT available. The proprietor thinks a good substitution for a gourmet basket is a Trader Joe’s bag. A total embarrassment. I’ve had to report this to the BBB of Florida as the owner is refusing any form of refund. To add insult to injury, she is now harassing the recipient. Order from elsewhere and save yourself the embarrassment and trouble.

In response to the proprietor - you made zero effort to advise me that you do not in fact have gourmet baskets on hand. A simple phone call or email BEFORE you took my money would have rectified this. Instead you made a choice - and a poor one at that. How about you stop berating clients when they disagree with your service and start providing the items pictured on your website? I’m not looking for a freebie or handout - I would have liked for my family to have received what I paid for and not gone through this embarrassing fiasco.

Wife and I got hitched at the courthouse in Bradenton, and we wanted to do something at the beach at sunset. Of course I didn’t have flowers picked out prior and I was in a rush.😂 I stopped by her store, she was out and about delivering. She dropped off her last delivery and rushed right over to craft me a beautiful bouquet! Extremely accommodating on such short notice and a very down to earth individual. Will be stopping back for more when we come back to visit! ❤️

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Horrible customer service!! If I could give zero stars I would! If I had a second choice, I’d have never ordered from here.
I’m so stunned and outraged by the experience I had with the OWNER.

I placed an order online but realized I made a mistake and wrote the wrong address, so I called right away (5 days notice) and asked if I could make a change to my order. The owner said she was too busy to talk and to text her instead, which I did. I gave her the corrected address and asked if it would be possible to deliver one day earlier than I had booked, on a Friday between 8:30-4pm, so someone working the front desk at my mother’s gated community would be there to buzz them in. She “thumbs up” my iMessages in acknowledgment, but never actually sent me a text back. Today is Friday and I sent a iMessage to the owner requesting an estimated delivery time, she calls my phone and hung up on me twice. I texted her asking why she is hanging up on me, a paying customer, and she texts me this.
These are messages she sent me copied and pasted from my phone, unchanged other than to put into one paragraph.

“Grow up. If you want the flowers quit being spoiled, they will go. That’s how I work my business honey. You are not gonna tell me that kind of garbage get you somebody else this this one is canceled. Blessings to you
I don’t put up with people like you you can do whatever you want you can write a review but honey, I can write it right back because people are not like you in this world grow up. It’s Mother’s Day week quit changing the order and then calling me and giving me a guaranteed time to be there you are not my boss and Customers are not always right you are blockedand the order is canceled. Have a great wonderful day. Why don’t you go have a business instead of trying to run somebody else’s I’ve been in business way too long. I’m 65 years old and I don’t take this type of nonsense. Good luck you are blocked.”

I am shocked by the lack of professionalism and rudeness this 65 year old woman has!!! She should have let me know right away she wasn’t able to accommodate any changes to my order instead CANCELING MY ORDER THE DAY OF MY DELIVERY!?

She took MORE TIME TO BERATE me over texts than she did when she “thumbs up” reply to my requests to please make changes to my order?! If you couldn’t accommodate then tell your customer when they ask! You could have said no days ago.

Crazy Christy, you should be ashamed of yourself! You are the one that desperately needs to “grow up”. Can’t wait for your crazy response since you read all of these and write a lengthy reply. I feel embarrassed for you. Also, Pay God some respect and keep him out of your posts. Show some class. Set a better example.
