Elie and his team are an excellent group of highly skilled professionals! After being scammed & ghosted by a previous fraudulent contractor, M&M Outdoor Design and Hardscaping worked with us to calm our fears, earn our trust and talked us through every step of the process. They ensured all their work passed city and HOA regulations. They’re licensed, insured, bonded and honest & ethical! They saved our yard with a new drainage system and built us a beautiful two story deck and a patio with gorgeous pavers and lights.

We can’t wait to begin building the yard up next and look forward to working with this team for years to come!!

I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team at M&M. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry about installing a new paver patio. I spent a lot of time emailing John, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I bounced probably 100 different design ideas off of him. He got back to me…every…single…time (quickly, too!). He was able to answer any questions my husband and I had and even offered his advice. Although I was extremely indecisive, he made the design process a breeze! I felt so completely understood and listened to by John and the owner, Elie. Elie is just an all around honest, respectful, knowledgeable, and hardworking guy. I loved asking for his advice, because he just told the truth and never pushed anything onto us. He is a guy who would never hesitate to make a situation right for his customers, and honestly, I feel like that is hard to find these days. (We used Unilock Holland Premier Heritage Brown with a herringbone layout + Brussels Sandstone for the firepit, wall, stairs, & coping. The wall has a Heritage Brown accent strip as well).

They were responsive during every step of the process and patiently answered all questions before, during, and after completion of the project. Arriving promptly, they cleaned up at the end of each day, and were up front about the cost and what was involved in the process. They made fantastic suggestions regarding the design, and I think it looks beautiful! My neighbors have all commented on how great the patio looks, and noted that the crew clearly took pride in their work. When a small problem developed with sump pump drainage, Elie promptly returned and found a solution. I highly recommend them; while this may have been a small project for them it was a big project to me, and I appreciated the care they took each step of the way!
