Received a Notice of Parking Ticket in the mail. Never been in Madeira Beach never parked there. The pictures taken were of an unknown car and tag number unknown and not mine. They still expect me to pay this ticket for someone else because they say so. This is ridiculous. People dont visit

Got a parking ticket because we mistakenly put an 8 instead of a B, which I realize was our mistake! However I went through several channels including the city manager’s office to dispute this ticket. I had the receipt and I happened to take a picture which showed our car in the parking lot with the license plate clearly visible, they would not budge!! Moral of the story make sure you enter your plate number correctly andeven if you have proof you paid to park you will still end up paying

Tried to get ahold of the office for 2 weeks leading up to my arrival in Madeira beach and was not successful. Phone calls and emails went unanswered.
Once we finally got some advice from locals to just go to the office I was able to get my parking pass. The Staff there was friendly. BUT we paid $100 for a weekly parking pass and not once but TWICE had to pay to park somewhere else because the lots were full when we came back from dinner

Received a parking ticket after repeatedly trying to pay using the link sent from a text. So gave up and ate lunch. Talked with Jamal Yahai the city of Madiera Beach parking supervisor about this situation. He was worthless. No resolution possible. Never park in a pay per park at Maderia Beach. We'll never be back. Oh and the fine for the problem with their payment method is $63 for what should have been $3 if the payment method worked.

Megan Wepfer at Madeira Beach City Hall always responds to request in an
expedient, efficient and effective manner. If she can not “fix” the problem
then she will in short notice. (Yes, our city hall employees are very good)

We love Maderia Beach and it's community of shopping, dining, beach and related activities. What we don't love are the ridiculous parking fines. Welcome to Madeira Beach, now pay a $60.00 fine for stopping to get Ice Cream...
