This place is incredible. Don’t think about buying a boat from somewhere else. Say to yourself what boats does Marine Max recommend and buy one from them. So impressed 3 years later. We have dealt with Marine Max Jacksonville and Tampa for our original purchase, but we take Trips with Marine Max Orlando. We have grown friendships, been on amazing trips and learned how to use our boat as if we have had it for decades. Phil, Brenden and his team were awesome on our Bahamas trip this year. They made the trip comfortable for everyone and they put themselves last to make sure everyday was an adventure for everyone. Trust! Before during and after the sale above and beyond these guys are there for you.

Matt Blanchard and his team including Brenden Guyre, Bryan McGlynn, and James Butterfield were incredible. Buying a boat can be complicated and time consuming. This was not. They were extremely professional and found me the boat that fit my needs. The process of purchasing and closing on the boat was very efficient. Matt is extremely experienced and made the process easy. The delivery of the boat was fabulous. A day orientation with Brenden and James was great. I felt very comfortable with the boat when we were done. They were also accessible even on the weekends when i had further questions. They even provided the USCG Safety equipment, fenders, stern anchor and dock lines. This is a top notch team! I appreciate their excellent service!

Just returned from an amazing Marine Max Orlando Getaway in the Keys. The Marine Max staff were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and over the top when it came to customer service. Shout outs to Ben and Doreen Carter and George Morgan for their dedication to boating fun (and safety). Really great trip and really amazing boats!

Avoid at all cost for service! They have untrained, unsupervised, kids from the Marine Mechanics Institute do the work. 1 year after your service if you take it to a technician that knows what they are doing you will find elements of the tune up you paid for were skipped. I also had over torqued spark plugs that the master mechanic caught before snapping them off in my head. Completely seized because of a moron! Fresh water only by the way so it wasn’t salt water or lack of maintenance! If you want to go to the circus this is it! Total joke! No management! Never again and If you don’t listen you will think of my post soon enough! In summary if your a talented marine mechanic or a supervisor you’re NOT at Marine Max! They are bottom of the barrel. Learn from my mistake!

I acquired my 2020 Sea Ray 190SPX from MarineMax Orlando in May 2020. That was a solid experience.

My review today is for the excellent service and communication that I receive through the service department Steve Smart and Kyle and the team have been exceptional to work with and easy to communicate. Owning a boat can come with challenges, but those challenges are a lot easier to deal with when you have an exceptional service team that you can reach out to at anytime. Well done!

Very disappointed. Went to ask about aft cabin cruisers and was traveling in casual clothes. They instantly pre judged me and only wanted to talk about financing. Left fairly quickly and drove to Denison yacht sales in St Augustine.
