I’ll do my best to not leave a generic review here. We are over over the moon with our new Barletta pontoon and feel very fortunate being able to own one. So, let’s start with the boat - it truly is incredible and the reviews are spot on. It rides like a dream and for a mid-level model in the Barletta fleet, the appointments are first class. Even our friends (who know boats) were amazed with the attention to detail. As for the purchasing experience, it was completely on par with the actual purchase - top tier. Jim, who was happy to help every step of the way, did not apply pressure and eased us through the decision making process. On the back end, Matt was graceful and patient as we considered different add-ons and financing options. I think this would be the expectation when making a big purchase, but where these guys have really shined has been post-purchase.

The walk-through and sea trial were exceptionally accommodating. We were on a tight timeframe, and they made it work. Then we were on to the maiden voyage - I slammed into a hidden curb (buried under grass!) and popped a trailer tire. That was awesome. I called Jim on a Sunday morning, and he answered immediately. He walked me through our options, extended help, and we were able to get on the water and enjoy our day, which I didn’t think would be possible. I called him the next morning with an update and a few questions - again he answered immediately. This is what you hope for when making a purchase like this - especially if you don’t know much about boating.

These guys are wonderful and a real pleasure to work with. If you’re in the market or even thinking about it, Jim is your man. Give him a call. We couldn’t be happier!

We grew up boating but this is our first time buying a boat, Jim took us through all of the options and was very knowledgeable and showed my family and me some great options and went over everything in detail with us.
