I barely write reviews but this one I can’t just let go and help future customers not to get fooled and a victim like me. First off at the beginning Juan was nice. Martinez Brothers LLC company is the name of their business which is run by Juan, they did my backyard, it was a big project on my yard. After they were done and fully paid them, I noticed my sprinkler system is broken and they broke the pipe, so I called Juan to come by and check them out. And on top of that, they stain my side door. They do messy work. I second one of the reviewer here, I experienced it myself, he is nowhere to be found. I reached out on him multiple times, he made all these promises that they will come by and fix it but never showed up on agreed times instead they show up on random times that I’m not available . They cover the broken pipe with a sand but never fix it and worst they never told me that they broke it. He doesn’t answer my phone calls and my text messages, he is on a chasing mode. The quality of their work is not even that great. There are so many missed communications along the way due to language barrier with Juan’s Father name Manuel who supervised their other workers. You really have to check the work they do everyday so not to miss anything.I hope this help other people. Hire someone else that deserves and get what you paid for. Don’t waste your money on this company, we work hard for it. Now a days the cost of doing a yard work or anything else is super expensive and we don’t deserved to be fooled. There are so many landscaper out there that are professionals and provide better quality of work with better communication and professionalism. I will attached pictures and videos about the mess they left me. If i can give a negative star I would. ( I can’t attach a video, it won’t allow me)
