Signed a service agreement in March where the salesperson agreed I needed aeration and assured me it would be coming up any day now, as he does it himself for the neighborhood. Never got it. That particular area never got any better. They showed up every few months and my grass just got more and more weeds. Just as yellow, and no greener than my neighbors that don't have a service. Lawn looks worse than when I started service. They never once gave me a heads up they were coming. Last straw was watching the service agent from inside my windows only spray down one side of my house and completely ignore the back yard. Now it's November and I called to cancel, and the customer service rep didn't put it in to the local office (they confirmed they see where I called) but the following week I still got a bill on my front door. Have it on camera that he walked from his car to the front door but he never set off any of the cameras on the rest of the property. How could a bird set off motion sensors but a man walking back and forth with a hose not? Called again and they refused to refund the charge because in fine print on the back of my service agreement it says my cancellation should be done in writing 30 days in advance. They don't require it in writing but my cancellation was a 30 day notice. They get to pick and chose what parts of the service agreement are to be paid attention to, because clearly the part about getting aeration service didn't apply. Besides being dishonest, now petty at the end too, just to get that one final charge for doing NOTHING.

James has done an amazing job. He signing up with Massey very simple. Viktor is a miracle worker. We have had millipedes for over six months. He was able to get these taken care of in 1 visit!!! Marvin also does a great job with the yard. I am so happy I switched to Massey!!

When it comes treating my lawn the service is good but for some reason, every year I have an issue with getting someone out to my home to aerate my lawn. I was scheduled for July 1, 2024 for aeration and no one showed up, it is now 7/17/24 and no one has showed up still. I was told that they have one machine, it would not be an issue accept that I have flags down in my yeard to mark for sprinkler heads, etc. When it is time to mow the lawn I have to mow around the flags which is a pain.
