Took my boat to mcmillan to get winterized recently. Everybody in there was great to deal with. Service is awesome. Want to give a special thanks to Nick, the tech that worked on my boat. Not only did he get the work done in a timely manner but he left my boat cleaner than when I brought it to them and he and Dave gave me pointers on how to keep my boat in good running order.Will only ever bring my boat to Mcmillan from this point forward.

Just purchased a boat from McMillan marine. They are awesome!! They communicated great through the whole process and were helpful in every way. They came in on their day off to mail paperwork to me. They put on lettering we wanted. Dave, our salesman even came back after they were closed to open back up when I ran late from work to let us pick up our boat late. Mark and Dave and the entire staff are a class act and we're a pleasure to work with. You won't find a better group of people. I highly recommend working with them.

I had the best Yamaha service for my 2017 VX Cruiser at McMillan. I did not buy my Jet Ski from McMillan, but after the dealership where I purchased the Jet Ski new refused to look at the Jet Ski (Preferred Powersports of Syracuse), I turned to McMillan in the Fall of 2022. Within a few days, McMillan estimated the problem and informed me that it was going to be a long, complicated and expensive fix. I authorized the purchase of the needed parts in Sept, 2022 and McMillian informed me that it may take until June, 2023 to get all the parts for the major overhaul that the Jet system required. Per their commitment, McMillian acquired all the parts and the repair was completed by June, 2023. When I picked up the Jet Ski, Mark McMillan reviewed with me all the parts that had to be replaced and what the probable cause was for the major problem. I have had a very happy summer of 2023 with 35 more hours on the Jet Ski with absolutely no issues. I strongly recommend McMillan for any watercraft service as their service team and the McMillan management sets the standard for outstanding service. I wished I had made my original purchase from McMillan.
