Seen Byron next door doing work for neighbor and decided to use him for my own project. I now have eleven beautiful arborvitaes planted for a privacy hedges started. Great work by him and his crew. Definitely will use again & tell all about them👍reasonable price and he is knowledgeable in his work thanks Byron much appreciated. Professional and clean work thru out had to clean nothing after the job🌳🌳.

The McNally group were VERY hard workers. His crew doesn't stop until the work is DONE. However.... I never did receive an itemized bill from him and I feel that I was overcharged for some of the plants that were used. My biggest complaint is that he planted a tree for me that had a crooked trunk. I called it to his attention right away and he did not address my concern. That was 3 years ago. The tree has continued to lean and he came out to stake it, But every time the wind blows the tree leans. I called and had consultations with two arborists who told me that this particular tree should not have been planted. It had a curve in the trunk that was never going to improve and that the tree should be removed. I requested that Byron come back and remove the tree and put in another tree that was straight. I'm still waiting. 😞 I spent over $10,000 with McNally landscaping In my backyard. I would think I would have better service or at least a return call.

McNally's installed a French drain system in my backyard to help redirect standing water. Byron and his crew did an outstanding job. I couldn't believe the amount of work they did in the time they were here. After they finished putting the yard back together, you would have never known it was dug up. We don't have any of the soggy yard issues any more thanks to Byron!!!
They also dug up and replaced our in-ground down spots.

I spoke with Byron on the phone and he answered my questions about mulch thoroughly and then went above and beyond by giving me some tips before starting a huge landscaping project. He was pretty friendly and mentioned that even throughout the pandemic he has kept almost all of his prices stable. Seems like a good guy and I am excited to work with them.
