We had a great experience with Meyers in Cicero (SYR)! From Tyler in Sales, John in business/finance and the service department. We had a couple of minor issues with our new Brinkley that they took care of with the company in 24 hours. Shout out to Andrea for the excellent communication and turnaround time!
Curtis did the walk through and predelivery meeting. He was great! His knowledge of camper systems and maintenance is very impressive. He answered all of our questions that we had and seemed very honest.
The camper was very clean both inside and out, minus just a few water spots here and there. Even the inside of the drawers were clean.

Was in the market for a used pontoon,not necessarily the best time of year to do so but Meyers accommodated my request perfectly. We meet on a Saturday I purchased a boat and they delivered it Monday as they said they would. Staff was very professional and helpful. Thanks guys.

We visited the RV show in Syracuse and decided to go with Brinkley for their outstanding craftsman ship that is put in their travel trailers. Our salesman Kevin worked with us thru the entire process, on the day of the pick up Curtis walked us thru each and every component carefully explaining all the features the Brinkley had to offer giving us time to ask questions. My wife and I attended the RV Show in Hershey and met individuals from Grand Design and Meyers. Meyer's of Syracuse had the Grand Design models we liked in stock, so we arranged to go there. We worked with Stacie Wells and she was amazing. She was very knowledgeable; answering all of our questions and working with us for the entire process. She even responded to our texts on follow up questions and showed up to greet us on the day of our pickup/transfer. At pickup John spent a couple of hours explaining features and broad maintenance procedures of our 2022 Grand Design Imagine XLS 22RBE. The patience and helpfulness of the Meyer's staff cannot be understated -- we picked our trailer up on the coldest day of the year (-13 degrees!). Stacie followed up to make sure the newbies made the 4 hour drive safely. We are looking forward to our first trip in the spring.

Fast forward to 2024. Like most RVs, we have had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed while under (extended) warranty. Of all the service departments we have used, Meyer's of Syracuse is the best! Rachel and Ryan were very helpful. Rachel kept us updated regularly on the status of the service process. We had a small issue after we returned home, and Rachel followed up to resolve that. There are service groups closer to home, but for now I will gladly take my RV back to Meyer's of Syracuse.

Our purchase experience with this dealership was exceptional! Chuck did a great job of showing us the units that met our requirements and he was patient even as we were there at the end of his workday. Pete explained the purchase contract and the additional benefits that we could choose to purchase at the time of the sale, with clarity and still no unreasonable pressure. Andrea took great care of scheduling our ultimate delivery and adding the accessories we wanted to have installed before we came to pick up the unit. If you're looking to purchase a new camper or motorhome, you must see Troy Fisher at Meyer's RV in Syracuse. Other dealers used questionable sales tactics and stalled the deal for days. Troy delivered a draft deal within one hour, delivered a final deal with all requested dealer installed options later the same afternoon, and we signed all paperwork by the end of the day. My wife, son and I went to the RV show at the NYS fairground a few weeks back to browse campers. We had no intention to buy that day but towards the end of the show we found the exact camper we were looking for. I am so happy that the salesperson Donna was around to go over the camper and numbers with us. I was a little uncomfortable because I’ve worked for dealerships before and have heard the moans and groans of people complaining of someone walking in 30 minutes before close. I didn’t want to be THAT person. Needless to say Donna and the finance manager made us all very comfortable and we didn’t feel rushed at all. They worked with us to get out of our current camper and into the new one. Kudos to them! Next was the delivery that happened this past Saturday, 10/7. Let me just say our dealings with Curtis were top notch. He went over everything with us, swapped over the rear camera and sway controller from our old camper to the new one without hesitation. This man deserves a raise! What a superb buying experience. Thank you to Donna, Curtis and Meyers for the world class service experience!
