My husband and I have had a horrible experience here with our lawn mower. Our lawn mower needed a new battery and some welding on the deck and we were charged over $400 for it to be brought back with new problems. Another $400 and several months later it was brought back with another new problem. The third time our mower was there they wouldn’t even bring it back and when my husband picked it up it had not been fixed still. When you call no one ever has an answer and they don’t call you back. Horrible customer service and a waste of time and money. I wish we had done our homework before taking our lawn mower here because it seems based off of the reviews this is a common experience here. 6 months and $800 later and we still have a broken lawn mower.

Dropped my chainsaw off a month ago and have not gotten an update. I’ve called multiple times and they give me the same answer every time,we will try to call you back by end of business to give you an update. I never hear back from them.

Wow...they have no clue how to run a business. They tried to charge me for a belt that I brought them. They also stated when I dropped it off that they would handle the warranty claim, but when the repair was done, I still had to pay. These guys rip people off and I don't recommend doing business with them. They are clueless.

So just in case you were thinking of using Mikells, just make sure you know exactly what part you need. Don't rely on them. I told the young lady the part she gave me didn't look anything like my old part. She insisted it was right. Went home and tried it. Didn't work. Tried to return for the right part. Was told they couldn't help me. Terrible customer service.

Had repair done, had next day turnaround, but had to take back due to blades and deck not level correctly. Great place $$ Denifinely a 5 Star.

Don't waist your time if you have a saw and need warranty work.

They told me 1 week wait then 6 weeks later after multiple calls they still didn't touch it. I guess it doesn't pay as well as larger equipment so it kept getting pushed back.

Either way I'll just do business elsewhere they could care less about my saw it seems.

They are the worst. My husband took our rider that is 8 months old because it was vibrating so hard. We got it back after 3 weeks and repeated calls to them. They said it was fixed. Now when you engage the blades the whole thing feels like it is going to shake apart. Found spring laying on deck when we got it back from them. We called several times and they promised to call back. Never did. Worst service we have ever seen. We took it to Ag Pro in Live oak.

If you like being misled and over charged, and you have a lot of time to waste then this is a place for you. I definitely recommend shopping around before you walk through their door. i’m sure some people are happy with their services, but my friends and neighbors have all had the same experience that I have had. Kudos to the people that feel different than I do. I’ve even given them a few tries, and every time I walk out of their business shaking my head, wondering when I’m going to learn never to return there SHOP AROUND
