I had contracted with Milieu for weekly lawn maintenance for several years and was very satisfied with their service, so much so that I contacted them recently to request an estimate for my new home. Imagine my surprise and disappointment when they responded by telling me they were not accepting new clients. Somehow I didn’t consider myself a new client given the number of years I had paid their bills! If this is how they demonstrate how much they value their clients, consider yourself forewarned and find yourself a different company who truly appreciates your business and places a priority on customer relationships.

Second week in a row where they have done a terrible job at my property at a HOA community. I’ll let the pictures do the talking. This apparently is their idea of leaf cleanup. It’s literally much worse than it was prior to them.

Milieu has always been professional, detailed and committed to the excellent work they perform for my home. Trees, plants, grass, and shrubs are very well maintained. I use Milieu year round for snow removal for my walk and driveway. During one particular snow storm, a break caliber on the plow slipped and three panels on my garage door were damaged. Brian Frank called me soon after and said to just get it fixed and send him the bill. He said not to bother with getting multiple quotes, as Milieu's policy is to do what needs to be done. In fact, I even got a call from the driver who apologized for the error. Milieu paid for a new garage door.I strongly recommend Milieu for your landscaping and out door needs.
