I had sent a client to pick up some ser wire of 1/0 1/0 1/0 2. They sold him 4/0x3 for twice the money. Ignoring what was written on the order paperwork. Then told this person it's his fault for their HUGE mistake and won't make it right. How wrong to take advantage of people like that! Poor business practice that for sure!!!

Recently bought a chainsaw from them and they took the time to listen and guide me and help me find a saw that suited my needs

So months later customer service is still great and as I was talking to them asking them about weedeater s they helped me find this used weedeater here and boy do I love it . This thing is a beast compared to my old echo weedeater .so again they helped me out and saved me money.

I have shopped here for 35 years and I have never been disappointed! The staff are always friendly and helpful. If you can’t find it, they will go out of their way to help you. The saw shop is great and will work on almost any small gas engine. Great job guys!

This is one of the few places still left in America that is family managed and owned. You can tell it when you walk in. They make you feel like one of the family!
They also have just about anything you need to get your project/job done!

I moved to the area 3 years ago. Miller has a saw shop with all the big brands, service, parts and the staff used to be good. However, their service prices and turnaround times are unreasonable. The staff has become rude. Also, if you aren't a small engine mechanic, don't buy parts from them. I can't say for sure, but or some reason, I go in and ask for a part, for example, a recoil spring for my weed eater. I provide the model number and they gave me the wrong part. So I'm out money for a part I can't use or return. Kinda like the wrong chainsaw parts they sold me. Management is no help. I will never set foot in the store again. The only useful thing in the store is their nuts and bolts and the guy there is great. Too bad the saw shop is a good ol' boys club and they would rather discuss a farmer buying a chainsaw than serve the forestry industry with the stuff we need to survive.

Some of the best customer service you'll find these days. Fair on prices for repairs and quicker turn around than any that I called before using them. My mower was done in a week as opposed to a month a others,, and I was surprised to get a call to come get it!! I will definitely use them for all my small engine repairs.
