John communicates with you when he is going to arrive on the date he sets with you, he did the job we discussed and does a great job. The past few gardeners I have had in the past were unreliable and very bad with communicating if they were coming or not. John Molchany is up front and keeps you informed which I like very much. He just started maintaining my property recently but I am impressed with what I have seen from him so far. I would recommend him if you want someone reliable, does a great job and communicates with his customers on schedule and what needs to be done.

Absolutely love John and his work! We had been looking for someone we could rely on, who didn't charge an arm and a leg and who would actually respond to questions we had about our plants, trees. the ant issues, anything reference our yard and we got it all in one person. We got John's number from a friend and I have never regretted my decision to call him for service. He is professional, dependable, reminds me on Sunday before Monday service and I can transfer my payment to him right away. I am so thankful for the referral we received for his services. Love not arguing with hubby to get the yard done!! Thank you John, you are so appreciated!! I highly recommend John for your lawn service!

We are very pleased with our association with the Molchany Gardening Service. John does an excellent job and at a very reasonable fee. He has always been very cooperative and pleasant to deal with.
An outstanding example of his service is: if we are not around when he comes to detail our landscaping, he text us when the job is complete and sends us before and after photographs. I’ve never received that detailed of service from any other service provider.

John has been a wonderful resource. We knew nothing about our outdoor plants. He made a trip out to identify and instruct us about taking care of them. During this interaction he was thorough and patient. We talked with him about adding some plants and he did a great job with that today. We also had him back to prune our bushes and since that time they are sprouting flowers and looking healthier. As a bonus the hummingbirds now come and hang out. John has reasonable prices and has a very clear and to the point communication style. We will have him return on a regular schedule.
