I'm really satisfied with Mountain View Grant Florist! They've done beautiful flower arrangements for my wedding in July, including the arch, decorative flowers on the tables, bride bouquet, bracelets, corsages, and wedding cake flowers.The owner and staff are very nice and collaborative, and we worked together to sort out all the details with a reasonable budget (~$1600). On my wedding day, they delivered the flowers on time and decorated them in the venues, even waited for half an hour until the reception place was ready. There were so many more flowers than I expected! My guests were also very impressed by the arrangements. I will definitely recommend this florist to my friends and I will work with them again in the future!

Husband ordered floral arrangement from here for our wedding anniversary, and it was delivered with torn, dry leaves, with some dry brittle baby's breath. A few of the carnations had some torn browned areas.
We called to complain and kept being interrupted by Rayna repeating that the baby's breath was ordered specially for me (really?!), and had just arrived the night before, and that due to Mother's Day being the week before there were zero flowers to be had anywhere. When we persisted, they offered to send a small, seasonal arrangement in a week or so. At this point we were not impressed with their cavalier attitude and excuses and requested a refund. We were willing to drop the arrangement off as well, since we didn't really want to keep it.
The owner insisted that the flowers could have wilted in the several hours we had them in our possession (we told them we had photos), or that they could have wilted during transportation in the delivery truck. My husband actually had called to confirm delivery, and Rayna said the flowers were being delivered in 20 minutes (this is the amount of time it takes from the florist to our apartment), which it did. So according to the owner, the arrangement wilted in 20 minutes.
The owner refused the refund because they delivered the bouquet, and had offered a replacement (small seasonal bouquet which is of much lesser value). When we said we would report her business she capitulated and agreed to a full refund.
We actually thought the flowers looked liked leftovers from Mother's Day, that hadn't sold!
On a minor note, (certainly would not have complained about just this) the heart shape was not well done, we have definitely seen more skilled arrangements. Some ribbons were frayed on the sides, and bottoms of some ribbons were flat, not pointed.
First time ordering from this florist as we are new to Mountain View. In our experience floral arrangements that are in the hundred dollar range always come in a glass vase as well. This one was plastic, and the insert looked poorly done and was falling apart in pieces.

It's a reliable shop that is also open on Sundays. We bought a bouquet of flowers for our daughter's graduation ceremony the next day. Even though it was a sudden visit, he prepared my daughter's favorite light blue flowers. I want a babies' breath, But, It happened to be sold out (because it was about to close on Sunday) Why don't she buy it at Safeway and add it to the bouquet? He also gave me advice, and even wrapping paper and ribbons as a service!!!

The amount of money is also very conscientious and it's a very kind shop.

I went to this shop at 5:50, which is 10minutes before closing, and lulu and Grace are very welcoming and super patient. I let her know the occasion is to give me my girlfriend a return to office gift. They helped me pick a few roses and lily and then doctorate it into a full bouquet. It is beautiful and elegant. I think both my experience and the flower are amazing!

Very rude customer service. I walked over to the helper lady at the back of the store and she shoo’d me away to the front of the store saying I was in a “restricted area”- how else am I supposed to get her attention and where does it say “employees only”?

Spoke to me the entire time like she was doing me a favor making me a bouquet. Walked out of the store.

We were super happy about our experience with MOUNTAIN VIEW GRANT FLORIST. We made the last minute purchase, which was less than 1 day before the wedding and we explained our situation with them. They understood the urgency but did not rush to the product. Instead, they walked through the entire product portfolio with us. They helped us choose the proper flowers and arrangement and finished the product in 1 hour--without any sacrifice of the quality. We got a bouquet exceeded our expectation and we were grateful with their service.

Are people smoking too much here?! What a disappointment! After seeing all the good reviews, I thought this shop was going to be a winner. Oh my god - have you ever seen memes of what's posted on Pinterest and what you make? Just look at my pictures. Same exact experience, except $130+ was wasted. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE - after calling them and expressing my disappointment, they admitted they utilize stock photos from Teleflora and barely offered any compromise. They blamed it on flower availability, transportation related shifting of the bouquet, blah blah. Listen, I've worked with plenty of florists in my life and I've never had a disappointment until now. I thought I ordered a lovely bouquet of flowers for someone's upcoming wedding, BUT I effectively got flowers for someone's funeral! They were legit blanched white, void of any lushness or texture. I was heavily embarrassed. Lesson learned: do not order from here online. What a disappointment!
