My mother in law had a conference in Napa on her birthday (I'm about 3 hours north), i wanted so badly for her to know how much her family was thinking of her on her special day. I called Beau fleurs and with no hesitation the were able to take my order and even had it delivered within a few hours after me making the phone call! the arrangement was beautiful and my mother in-law was so happy when she received it! I defiantly recommend this place for anyone looking for beautiful flowers and amazing service!

Cannot say enough great things about Beau Fleurs! I reached out to them to help with my elopement flowers. I was nervous having to communicate only through email (since I live in a different state).. but they were great and totally understood my vision. My bouquet was so beautiful. My pictures are gorgeous and everyone keeps complimenting how pretty the flowers were. Friendly, affordable... would totally recommend them for special occasions. A wonderful experience to be had at Beau Fleurs! Planning a bachelorette party during covid-19 wasn't the easiest feat, but we were determined to make it special for our best friend getting married next month. The team at Beau Fleurs were creative, efficient and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone planning something special in the Napa Valley area!

These folks are Rock stars! I called them and order some Rose's for my wife birthday. Had them delivered to the hotel we were staying at in Napa. I expected them to just be at the front desk waiting. No they worked it out with the hotel and had them in our room all setup up and beautiful.. my wife was blown away when she says them... we highly recommend them..

My big request was no purple. Pink to red, yellow or greens, great. Just please no purple. This is what was made. I called. I was told this was not purple. If the customer service provided had been civil, there wouldn’t be a review, but here we are, with this “not purple” wreath.

I am updating my review, previously I gave this flower shop a 1 star review along with a very long reason why... Long story short, the flowers received were not of the caliber what we had ordered. John contacted me immediately and offered a full refund and what I felt through email a genuine and sincere apology. I explained to him the hiccup on their site I experienced in ordering and he graciously took the feedback. I appreciated his follow-through and fixing this mistake. We will definitely order again from this shop! Thank you John for being AWESOME!

Beau Fleurs delivered a beautiful anniversary bouquet to our parents for their 60th. Stunning, colorful, and reasonably priced. They managed to make this in time for a late morning, same day delivery, too. Very helpful and efficient over the phone - will definitely use again!

I have been fortunate enough to have received about 4 or 5 arrangements from Beau Fleurs and they are consistently amazing! Beautiful variety of flowers, very fresh, with lots of artistry going into each arrangement . One I received on May 5th still looks lovely today… 8 days later! That is what prompted me to write this review. Outstanding florist!! ?
