AWFUL SERVICE AND GOODS. they sent me plants that were drenched and they blamed the hot weather for the plants not being in good condition, they said either to wait for them to send it another time when the weather is better and to wait out and see if plants will grow back from what they sent, even though the roots were rotted, and i had ordered SO MANY plants and only got less than half of what i had ordered! A lot was not labeled so I didn’t even know which plant they attempted to send me. Then sent me another package again that was beat up like the first time they sent the packages, they didn’t do anything significantly different to preserve the plant, I don’t care if some leaves are broken but this is unacceptable. I just wanted my moneys worth, especially since the shipping payment for really high, I figured they’d be extra careful with packaging and going the extra mile to put fragile stickers on it. They sent me a hand written note that said they will refund me for the plants they didn’t send bc I disputed with my credit card company, but they wouldn’t do a full refund.

Simply ridiculous. Ordered "5 gallon" shrubs. What I received was far, far smaller. Emailed support, received the line about soil being removed and no pot...it's like they didn't even read my email. I didn't expect a pot, and the plant is tiny even if 2/3 of the soil was removed. See picture of what I received (roots oddly placed in a plastic bag and taped...) next to a standard 5 gallon bucket. I could easily fit 6 root bundles in a 5 gallon bucket. Avoid this company.

They don't even deserve a 1 star. They sent me a string of Ruubies with roots only(1st picture). I notified them because that was what the paper said, they replied it's too hot to mail from California to Florida. It was mailed in 4 pots, 2 on the bottom and 2 on top taped with no were to get air then put in a plastic bag and taped again. They recommended me to wait 2-3 months for them to grow back. I told them to refund me and they refused them 1 agreed on 2 succulents (did not average the price I paid, it was less ) but this has gone on more than a month. This time they sent them in a box, one with card board barely around one plant and the other one was loose. Both were in horrible shape and looked nothing like the picture on their website! This was the only website I found with the particular plant (and color variety) that I wanted. I was a little skeptical on if the plant would actually come. But it did come quickly and was in better shape than I had anticipated. It was wrapped up in newspaper, and shipped in a box. I’m happy to finally get my plant and for it to be healthy.

I received a big, beautiful and healthy plant from NNPlant. It was packaged very well for shipping and had a big root ball for planting (the Anthurium Pink Plant on the left already in flower). I won't hesitate to order from NNPlant again in the future.

I was initially hesitant about ordering because NNPlant is a relatively new concept for me. I am thrilled I placed an order. The items were as described and of great quality. High-quality plants at a reduced cost are a fantastic deal! This is a rare find. The customer service is excellent, responsive and understanding. I will definitely order from them again.

DO NOT BUY from this company. The don't provide tracking information, and don't respond to emails or phone calls. I had to dispute my cc charge after no response and the date had passed from when I should have received my plants. Only after I disputed the charge, did they respond saying my order was still going to be sent, even though I then asked them to cancel the order- because it is now too cold. They sent the plants anyway (with no tracking information) in plastic bags with shipping tape all over them. Which makes it hard to unpack- they look ok when you first open the box, but then all the plants are broken, and most all the branches aren't attached to the plant. They are sent ground, which should have been explained, there is no way these plants would survive being in a box for a week, and now arriving when it is too cold and I never would have ordered them.

This nursery has hard to find plants. I took a chance ordering online to NY. It took a while to get here, was so glad they arrived healthy! They’re beautiful! Highly recommend! Thank you, would def buy again.
