O my, 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 do not believe how amazing these people are. See it for yourself. Please go here over anywhere else... I called them with a broken-down generator leaking fuel everywhere.

I didn't know what to do on a friday at 5 p.m...

💯💯💯💯💯 they stayed until my generator was up and running. Did not even go home and worked for another hour, just to take care of me to make sure I was back on the road.

I can't promise that they'll take care of you. As good as they took care of me, I can't promise they will take care of you as well as they took care of me, but I promise you will be happy. There's not a question they will make sure that you are happy.....

This is actually ZERO stars. My husband took his lawn mower to be repaired. First thing they do is charge you $40 deposit which will be applied towards your bill. (So we were told.) We asked for an estimate but after 10 days, no call so my husband called and they said, wow, that was awhile ago. He said they never even looked at it. So we told we would pick it up. Not to do anything at this point. Go to pick it up and they said here's your invoice. The deposit was for a diagnostic test. THEY DID NOTHING TO OUR LAWNMOWER. BUT REFUSED TO GIVE US THE $40 BACK. SAID ITS NON REFUNDABLE. (Front staff didn't say it was nonrefundable)ANOTHER DISHONEST BUSINESS. BUNCH OF THIEVES. JUST WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!

I work out of state in the summer and had to drop off my generator that wasn’t starting. I couldn’t get it before I left so my wife and daughter needed to pick it up. They were so nice and gracious. Walking my wife through everything she needed to know to get it started and keep it in working condition.

I’m taking all my small engine things here. You should too. Highly recommend.

My husband brought his mower here to get fixed and we were more the pleased with them. They got it back to us fast, were very helpful and knew what they were talking about super professional and friendly people! Will definitely be back!

Great service! My lawnmower did not start and 4 different couldn’t repair my lawnmowers until I took my lawnmower to north river small engine and they fixed it in 2 minutes.

Been here twice. First trip I was quoted 100$ less than what I was charged and told the teenager that was answering the phone at the time didn't know the correct price....... I let that slide because it did sound too good to be true.

Second time my transmission pulley fell out. That was 7 weeks ago. I picked it up today and it had not been touched and was left out. I did not even receive an apology. One person answered the phone and ignored me after I asked for the mower back and the other walked around to get the mower that was sitting in the weather outside the whole time. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Not to mention I had called at least 3 times asking about it and every time I was told they would call me back and I never received said callback.
