When I contacted Ohana Turf for a quote I was kinda worried that it is a young company compared to others out there. If that’s how you feel, rest assured owner Roosevelt and his crew know what they’re doing and have a lot of experience. He spent a lot of time educating me about turf and the product he provides is excellent quality. American made too! It gave me a greater appreciation for the investment I was making.

Be careful with other companies. I had one take shoddy measurements and said I had a hundred square feet more than what I actually had. That was an extra thousand dollars I would have spent. Roosevelt took very detailed measurements and created a scaled map of the yard. His crew was on time and finished the job in one day.

Roosevelt is kind and excellent customer care and satisfaction are very important to him. I had a great experience working with him and highly recommend his company. I also encourage other companies out there, regardless of the type, to contact him and ask him about his business model. It’s so refreshing to work with a company that cares about providing an excellent all around experience from beginning to end and treats you like more than just an opportunity to make money. My experience with Ohana Artificial Turf Company was absolutely top-notch, from start to finish. I approached them to install a 160 sq ft section of artificial turf in my yard, aiming to create a golf practice area. The challenge was not insignificant, given the area's complex shape with its many turns, both round and square. Yet, the Ohana team handled it with professionalism and skill.

The crew arrived punctually and took the time to discuss every detail of the installation process, ensuring they fully understood my needs. Their expertise was evident as they recommended a special turf insert that allows for practicing with both irons and drivers - a dream for any golf aficionado. This thoughtful addition enables me to use a real golf tee directly in the turf, eliminating the need for a rubber ball holder and enhancing the overall experience.

After shopping around, Ohana Turf Co. gave me the best combination of value and quality. Rose was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. After I was able to make a decision on what turf to install, his team was able to install it within 2-3 weeks. The installed product was even better than expected. Ohana came and replaced a previous turf installation by another contractor who's quality was really poor. Roosevelt was very informative when he first came out and explained a few other issues that weren't considered. Ohana was able to remove the old turf, re compact the subgrade, and reinstall the turf in a day. They came on time and cleaned up when the job was done. I'd reccomend them to friends and family who are looking to get artificial turf put in, or replaced.

First, I have to give a little backstory. My wife is Filipino, which means we have a lot of family get-togethers and parties. Literally, parties for everything. I was once embarrassed of my backyard because it looked so awful. It was uneven, dried out, patchy, and with hidden dried poop landmines (thanks to my dog); nothing ever grew correctly except for weeds. I started my research in early June seeing how turf completely changed a neighbor's yard. It turned the house from sketch to 'fetch'.

I had 5 companies come look at my backyard project because tbh I didn't know what I was getting myself into as far as cost and spectrum of work, and honestly I would have just saved a lot of time and headache if I just went with Rose right off the bat. He was my first quote and my last quote. Honestly, what made me choose him was his transparency, customer service, the quality of his product, and his willingness to work within my budget. I really just didn't feel like another customer with him.

I've always heard that my backyard has a lot of potential, and after this remodel I'm finally able to see it. I wanted to get this project done before 'another' party my wife was hosting, which was on a Sunday. My wife was so worried it wasn't going to happen, but Rose made it happen in a day as promised. It was really impressive how professional and meticulous how his team was in getting the job done. No skimping on quality or shoddy work; it was just all really solid workmanship.
