We were so happy with the service that we recieved from Patrick and O&I Septic We have a small business and when we contacted Patrick, he arrived same day, got right to work, and had our issue resolved in a short amount of time. Thank you, thank you O&I! Our septic was backing up and I didn't know who to call to pump it out. This was discovered at 8-8:30 at night. I checked out reviews of septic pumping companies and O&I had over 60 reviews and all 5 stars. The reviews were all the same regarding responding and coming quickly, being on time, and being affordable. At 9 at night I sent a note to them using their "contact us" form on their website. Within minutes they had responded by email and said they could be there the next morning. Showed up on time, very friendly, quick, affordable. I can't say enough and was very happy with them.

These guys are great! They always respond super quick and resolve the problem faster than anyone else we’ve ever dealt with. They work around your schedule and are always courteous and professional. The work is done right and the price is fair. They also give you recommendations to avoid problems in the future. If you need a plumber don’t look anywhere else. They deserve your business!

Patrick was very friendly and very responsive. I called in a Friday afternoon and he was here Monday morning. Prices are fair and he did the job quickly and efficiently. Even cleaned up the overspill mess (sludge from the drain being snaked/pumped) leaving in a small town it’s hard getting someone out here. I will definitely be calling them again when the need arises.

Phone call was made to O&I as soon as Elliot septic called back saying they were no longer in business. Elliot recommended O&I. He was earlier than expected but I was happy about it. I needed a shower. I was afraid my septic would back flow. He was very experienced and got the job done in a timely manner. As I looked at all they do, wow. Not just septic tanks. I will have O&I back again. Thanks for coming out on very short notice

After making a number of unsuccessful calls to other local companies for assistance, I called and left a voicemail for O&I. Within the hour Patrick returned my call, took the time to discuss our septic problem in detail and did a bit of research on his side to help. He then promptly called me back again and said he could be here within 20 minutes to assist us.

Not only was he professional, kind and prompt but he was helpful and knowledgeable in explaining processes and tips for the future. Our service will be set up this week for a septic clean out.

We couldn’t have asked for a better company to spend our money on for their services. We will 100% be keeping O&I information for all further services as well as recommending them to all our neighbors and friends!!

Thank you so much for fitting us in so promptly and being so willing to help us in a moments notice! We look forward to seeing you later this week for our clean out!
