The designer Celeste Garvey is amazing and helped me pick colors for the interior and exterior of our house. Along with my daughter's entire townhouse. Her design experience and passion for design is phenomenal. She is so sweet, kind and patient. Thank you Olson's Ace for having her as part of your team, you are very lucky she is a true asset to the store

Great hardware store. Staff are very helpful and friendly! Can find most all your paint, cleaning, repair, plant needs here. I always stop here first before going to another bigger impersonal Hardware store. They are even having a demonstration night for ladies. Ask for Jose or Emma they are the best!
Came back tonight to have a Galentines day party and had so much fun! Made a flower arrangement and candle. Talked with the home decorator about window treatments she was so helpful.Enjoyed conversing with other women and enjoying wine and treats! Can't wait for their next event.

This may possibly be the most well lit, organized, cleanest, and largest ACE hardware store I have been to in a very long time. Had a few hard to find water heater parts I needed in stock and pleasant staff.

As a contractor I visit a lot of hardware stores normally if I'm unfamiliar with the store I will call to see if they have what I'm looking for at 1030 am i tried and was sent to voice mail twice. Third time I was put on hold for the amount of time it takes to drive from THE HOME DEPOT 5 MILES AWAY as I'm pulling in to your store (6min) I am sent to voice mail again VERY POOR SERVICE especially for an ACE HARDWARE

Drove further away from my house because ace has copied my keys for years at a great price. When I got there with my original and my own two blanks that I know for sure are a match, the service tech told me it would be $45 for each copy when I needed 2. I was dumbfounded that the blanks and cuts from ace brand keys are 7 dollars now and the service tech tried to grab me for 45 per cut. What's more outrageous is I made a second trip to a locksmith and Johnson locksmiths charged me 2.50 per cut.

Hi there, I’m not a fan of Ace Hardware anymore. I think they have some problems with their products and services. Here are some of the issues I have with them:

Their products are not as good as places like Amazon. Amazon, as one example has more variety, quality, and customer reviews.

If you buy something from Ace Hardware, they only give you store credit instead of cash or card refund. That means you have to spend more money at their store, even if you don’t want to.

Ace Hardware's store credit is not valid for online purchases or other locations. That’s very inconvenient, especially if the item you want is out of stock or only available at a different store. You should be able to use your credit anywhere and anytime.

You can return an item to any Ace Hardware store, but you can only use your credit at the same store where you bought it. That doesn’t make sense to me. If you can return it anywhere, why can’t you use your credit anywhere? What if the store where you bought it doesn’t have what you need?

These are some of the reasons why I don’t like Ace Hardware anymore. I hope they change their policies soon and make their customers experience a better one.
