Great boat selection, we’ve had a Key West for 25 years and have loved it, decided it was time for a bigger one! The Salesmen, managers and all staff were friendly and professional!! The best experience I have ever had at a boat dealership!! From the first call to Dan Conrod (my salesman), I knew that they were different. He was straightforward, honest, and very knowledgeable about his products and inventory.

Upon my arrival, everyone was friendly and helpful. Big shout out to Bill, Miguel, and Yancy as well!!! These guys did everything right and treated me like family. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible. I was truly blown away by the commitment this crew has to providing an amazing buying experience through outstanding customer service! We bought a Sylvan 24’ tri-toon with 250hp Yamaha. Dan are salesman was great to work with. They had the exact color and motor combo that we wanted. Even with the shortages of stock going on right now. Great customer service. Our trailer ended up getting a flat the first day and Dan brought me a new rim & tire the next morning. My wife and I highly recommend Outcast Watersports.

First I should say I was in the Boat business in south Florida for 20 years so I am some what knowledgeable of the industry. That being said I just bought a 23 foot Starcraft at the Tampa Boat Show from Oliver and Ian of Outcast Watersports. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. The deal I was given at the show was so impressive I expected to be unpleasantly surprised during delivery Boy was I wrong. Dan at the Lakeland dealership was awesome and his staff was courteous and informative. Not only was I was given everything I was promised at the show and more, there were no last minute cost changes or upcharges. The delivery was flawless. What a pleasure to deal with an organization that is so honest and straight up. More organizations need to do business this way and could learn a lot from you. I would recommend Outcast Watersports to any one looking for a boat or for service. They are the best in so many ways.
