I brought my ATV in from a long distance from my home of record to have it serviced and repaired with instructions provided to fix everything wrong with it at the time I brought it in. They fixed many disconnects, charging me over 5 grand by the time it was ready for pickup. After getting it home, within 30 minutes, it failed to start. I then put a new battery in it myself. The vender failed to fix the winch or headlight. They indicated in the repair paperwork that they had addressed the oil plug leak but the thing still leaks far as I can make out. Overall very disappointed in the service provided. I'd think twice before using this place to address multiple problems with an ATV

I worked with Dwight and purchased my Spartan lawn mower. Dwight was great with communication over the phone. Called in and made arrangements. In and out when purchasing in 30 minutes. They were also able to deliver it to my house for me.

My most recent experience with Outdoor Power was when I decided to trade my 2 seat Polaris General for a 4 Seat model. Neil Howe assisted me in this process and made it easy! I got an amazing new Polaris and a great price on my trade in! I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will continue to do all of my business with outdoor power for sales, service and parts. The entire staff at Outdoor Power honestly care about providing excellent service! no pushy sales personnel here, just great people that truly want every customer to drive away happy. Their support after the sale is 2nd to NONE! Great experienced sales team. I Traveled out of town to purchase from them. Dwight and Eric are very responsive on communication and worked with Polaris to get my unit in through this pandemic market. They went above and beyond and I high recommend them.

I stopped in to look at some side by side options, unfortunately their inventory stock was non existent.

Everything on the floor was sold side by side wise, they did have 1 used trade in but I was looking for new.

They had ATVs but that’s not what I’m looking for.

Now I will say even though I couldn’t do any business that day Dwight was a very cool dude and gave me some great information on side by side and still took his time to show me some option for when I find what I want or they get stock in.

Maybe we can do business at another time!

I felt the trade they have me on my bike was very fair. Felt the price I got in the purchased bike was also fair. Dwight was great to deal with. Easy no bs deal.
Went to get bike and bank asked me to use debit card rather than cashier's check. Didn't realize there was a few. They let me take the bike home that day and mail them a check. Even provided me with an address stamped envelope. Can't beat that.
