We love our new back yard created by Outdoor Viewscapes. They are experts in installing pavement patios with lighting, which expanded the usable space in our smallish yard and still allowed for grass, flowering shrubs, and a shade tree. The crew was wonderful, friendly, and focused and the job got done on time even in the summer heat (we often offered them ice or cold water and a fan). We added the lights late, but outside of that there was no upselling or unplanned/extra charges. What we got on the first quote is what we paid. Really an excellent team knowledgeable in what will grow well in our arid climate, and how to maximize space no matter the size of the yard. We live in a new build community and think our yard is among the absolute nicest in the neighborhood!

We hired Kevin & Viewpoint landscapes to put in a flagstone patio this past spring. Kevin and his crew did a fantastic job and the patio looks better than we expected it to.

Since we live on a corner house, we thought it would be nice to have an area to sit out front and also get rid of some grass that always struggles to grow in the summer. Kevin put together a couple of cool 3D pictures for us to review. It really helped having these when we went to the HOA for approval.

Overall the project did take longer than expected, but that was due to all the rain and snow. We actually got lucky that he was able to get started in February and get it done so we could enjoy it this summer. We have got nothing but positive feedback from our neighbors about how it looks.

Kevin was on the site pretty much every day and was always ready to talk about the project, schedule, challenges getting materials that looked good, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Kevin or Viewpoint again for a future project!

I only called one landscaper, Viewscapes. Kevin came out on time, worked with my design then added a great idea. He and his crew are fantastic. I never worried during the process from design, timing of install, during the install to now.
Then Kevin came out twice to look at the landscaping to see how the plants were growing. Actually he just left as he came out today to see how the trees are handling this heat wave. Had a couple of sprinklers come off in the flower garden but he came out to get them fixed.
Kevin and his crew know their landscaping. And how important the follow up is even after the install has been done.

The project included a large patio, small attached round patio, towards the back fence a yoga patio circled with butterfly bushes, Japanese Maple. Other corner has a Blue Spruce, lilac bushes and another Japanese Maple along that fence. Center of yard has a perennial flower garden with lavender, Jupiter flowers, cone flowers, and small bushes towards the back. Ornamental grasses line the walk way to the yoga patio. For privacy, the back fence has juniper bushes. Used drought resistant and pollinator plants.

Really can't say enough good about Viewscapes.

The whole experience was above my expectations. Kevin responded to my request for a bid promptly and was on time. There was excellent communication when needed. The price was very reasonable. Kevin and his crew were great to work with and hardworking. I highly recommend this company for all your landscaping and stone work. I had a stone wall with pillars done and some landscaping work.

Kevin did such an awesome job for us! He’s so knowledgeable and helped guide us through the planning for our backyard. We are a new construction home and also new to Colorado so we were looking for a landscape team who could share suggestions and knowledge. He’s professional, friendly and had great ideas to share that helped either fit our space better or talk cost options, everything. He built a great design plan for us so we could start to visualize the end result. It’s not a huge yard, but our pug loves every inch of it! Every time we have talked with him, we learn something! Initial design, estimate, contract, working with a gas line specialist to make sure things are done to code with the city, and the whole process of the build… his team, too, so hard working and friendly! The whole team is diligent, professional, ethical and always so helpful. We were a little sad when things finished and we didn’t see them everyday, but then our neighbor liked our experience so much that they are working with him, too, so we still get to see everyone! 🙂 In an industry where there are so many shady folks who take advantage, don’t have contacts or insurance and put homeowners at risk with their HOA or even the city (gas lines!!!) for real, folks…. Work with professionals you can trust! Thank you, Kevin and Team!! We love our yard and we are so glad we put our trust in you!
