Great customer service. I has to change my delivery date for 2 cubic yards of landscaping rock and they switched with no problem. Excellent delivery service. He back that giant truck down my narrow driveway better than I do with my car. Quality product as well. Highly recommend.

First off BIG THANK YOU to Jonathan!! Since I first arrived at O.W.S he was nothing but extremely helpful, courteous, and patient. I probably asked too many questions but he answered each one and with a smile.
I decided to tackle my front yard myself and appreciated all the knowledge as well as advice he offered on how and what to do or not to do.
The prices here are affordable and the selection is amazing.
Aside from Jonathan, thank you to Jose, Adam and all the other guys outside that were great to talk to. YOU outside guys make a business great!

Excellent communication, very competitive pricing, and on-time delivery!

Very happy working with Dakota and the team at OWS. They took the time to explain all pricing (which compared to other places we looked at was very competitive), they generated multiple quotes for us showing the different options available to us and didn't try to add-on anything we didn't need. Delivery was super easy and was only $150 for an entire truck. We will definitely be using them again.

Won’t do an exchange for a moldy plant. I called to see if they would exchange it before going over there. Gives me a hard time then says if I can get there today (it’s 3pm when I called) he’ll exchange it. I said I can get there tomorrow and he said again if they were going to exchange it, I’d have to get there today. Certainly not looking for ways to delight the customer. Not trying to return it to get my money back and wouldn’t be returning at all if the plant wasn’t moldy. So their error and they aren’t doing anything to make it right
