Colin and his team are true professionals and provide concierge / turn-key service to their clients. I was able to do everything remotely, they took care of it all - cleanings, maintenance, showings, inspections, etc. He looked at my boat the first day I called him and had everything set up, including a full cleaning, within days of our first conversation. Colin used multiple streams of marketing and quickly generated a healthy line of interested buyers. He listed - and sold - my boat for more than another experienced broker at the lake suggested I could get. We had our fist offer & contract within days of listing; and when one fell through, we had a new contract within 48 hours. Working with Colin and Jay was a great experience. Colin was our sales representative and represented both the seller and the buyer very well. He spent hours educating me about buying, maintaining, and operating the new boat. Jay was also in the office and helped me understand more about the boat and the overall transaction. Colin always took my calls and was very patient answering all of my questions and concerns. To top it all off, Colin delivered my boat right to my boat slip and helped get all the ropes permanently set and went out with us on our first voyage and showed me how to pilot the boat, operate the anchor, and showed my family how to handle the lines and fenders when docking.
