A few years back Cris remodeled our pool and installed new equipment. He did a phenomenal job and was very collaborative to meet our budget with optimal results. When it was time to do a hardscaping project this year, we called Cris Pacheco again. As due diligence, I still got some additional quotes and again Cris was on the top with his professionalism and the best quote. I knew about the quality from the previous job so it was a no-brainer to go with his company. I highly recommend him. He runs his projects so well, good quality, well organized, on-time, and proactive. Next time I won't even bother dealing with anyone else. Chris was very prompt in responding to our initial inquiry and was able to provide us with a detailed, reasonable estimate very quickly. He squeezed us into his very busy schedule, but still took the time to explain every part of the process and answer all of our questions. One of the items repaired was a cracked skimmer, which required the removal of some of the surrounding stamped concrete. Chris’s team took the time to cut and incorporate some of our old flagstones around the new skimmer, ensuring that the replaced area matched the old. Two additional issues were discovered while the skimmer was being replaced; Chris took care of the first and referred us to excellent electrical contractor for the second. Because of Chris’s efficient, skilled team, the entire process took less than 2 days to complete, and we felt confident that our repairs were in very good hands. We highly recommend Chris and Pacheco Landscape and Pool Construction, and will definitely call him again for any repairs/improvements we have in the future.

Awesome job on my pool, everything came out exactly like I wanted it. Family loves the new finish and the new pump is ULTRA quiet. I want to start by giving Cris Pacheco and his crew of hard working men a huge Thank You! My family is absolutely in love with our yard and everyone morning when I open the curtains for the glass doors overlooking our new backyard I still can't believe how BEAUTIFUL everything looks. We had a pool/spa/grotto built with water/fire bowls, fire pit and outdoor kitchen. After our last experiences with contractors we never wanted to see them again but with Cris it's quite the opposite. We feel as if he became part of our family throughout the process and are sad to him go. I can't say enough good about him and his crew and the best way I could think to repay them is by writing this review and telling all my friends and family about their qualifications. Thanks again and we look forward to many years of enjoyment from our new yard!

We couldn't be happier with Chris and his team for the way our pool/yard turned out. When we moved in we knew the pool would have to be resurfaced which turned in to a remodel for half of the backyard. The entire space turned out beautiful and so inviting. Everyone was respectful, on time, and friendly. Chris answered every question-and we had a lot of questions and kept us up to date throughout the entire process.

Had a new pool with spa, retaining wall, concrete stamp work and iron fencing installed in 9 weeks. Very impressive considering how much dirt they removed from my property, it sloped out upward about 9" higher at the far end. Family and pets are excited not to walk outside to dirt anymore and can't wait until spring to start swimming, even though the hot tub is pretty nice on a cold night. Well thanks again for all the hard work and relative speed of the job.
