Great company. I contacted them based on the reviews and they did not disappoint. I worked with Pat and I went over my vision for the front yard and he quickly came up with landscape plan that hit the mark. He had a layout and estimate to me within 72 hours. Very detailed, nothing hidden, no surprises and price was so good I didn't need to get additional bids. I planted over 80 plants, put in 6 yards of rock, and 1.5 pallets of sod. Communication up to install was excellent and install took a day and was done to perfection. Pat went over all the plants after install, what they need for watering, fertilizing, and care.
If you are considering a landscaping project I highly recommend you look into Palm Trees Direct.

My experience was not the best. They come over around April to give estimate. Decided to move forward with quote. Crew arrived said we needed more bushes. Paid for more bushes. They were able to deliver the same day. Paid 5 dollars per bush for install. They just dug a hole and put it in there. I thought I was getting professional landscaping but that was my misunderstanding.
Three of the bushes died immediately...they did replace at no cost. We ordered more mature bushes and decided to plant them ourselves. Price increased for the 7 gal. I'm a few grand invested and call Joe to provide me some guidance on what I maybe doing wrong. Joe tried to stop by but he never made it. So we decided to pay an arborist to give us advise. They said we were doing everything right. So I dug up several dead ones....went to home Depot and bought 14 from them. 30 dollars for a 7 gal bush we got beautiful tall thick green bushes. I still need to replace the left side but I think I'll just stick with Home Depot DIY. We did purchase a quad palm and it seems to be doing well.

I am a repeat customer of Palms Direct! The trees and plants are super healthy. Carlos planted my 2 Foxtail Palms and it was the best experience- Carlos is super knowledgeable, courteous and cheerful and does a superb job start to finish! I will buy again from Palms Direct and ask for Carlos!

Major disappointment. We went to the location as they advertised landscaping services. Met with Pat whom we liked and made an appointment to visit the property a few days later. We discussed options and he promised to get to us within a week with an estimate. despite numerous text / voice mails and 3 weeks later - absolutely no response. We have now contracted with a reliable landscaper for over $20,000 worth of work. Shame, not only did we waste 3 weeks of time waiting but to be ignored is so upsetting.

From the first inquiry call, super easy and friendly. They quickly sent me the quote and got me scheduled. The guy doing the install was outstanding! He marked exactly were I wanted the palms before starting. During install he alerted me to pipes and let me know he’d be moving palms a couple inches from original spot so I was aware and OK with it. He then watered everything and cleaned up better than when he first arrived since I figured there would have been a mess and didn’t bother blowing it off during the weekend.

It’s is hard finding good service companies these days, but this company and their install were both A+. Congrats to you for still doing things the right way. Now just go into other types of business so I can use you there also.
