We had an incredible experience at the Paradise Grills showroom, and it was all thanks to Pete! From the moment we walked in, Pete greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home. He took the time to listen to our needs and helped us find the perfect outdoor kitchen setup for our space. Pete was knowledgeable, professional, and truly passionate about what he does. He went above and beyond to ensure we were confident in our purchase and even gave us helpful tips on maintenance. I purchased a $14,000 BBQ with a Bar. After one month, the foot rail started rusting. I called customer service, and they told me they could send me a list of names of rust removers—inferior quality and service. I do not believe their warranty claims are just deceitful sales tactics. Buyer beware!

Typical response from Paradise Grills customer service. Rather than taking responsibility, they blame the customer. I only owned the bar/BBQ for one month!! And it’s rusted!! I owned my Weber grill for five years with no issues and paid a fraction of the price. You are probably Better off improving the quality of your product. Again, I want to remind you that I only owned it for one month. Look at the photos; it looks like I pulled it out of the bottom of the ocean.

Shawn at Paradise grills Tamiami is an Awesome sales person. He was so helpful, took his time and showed us everything. We had so many questions and he had the answers. He is an easy going guy. Made us feel completely comfortable. He wasn't pushy at all. We were so comfortable we ended up getting a much larger section than we had intended. If you are thinking about buying or just want to look, go see him.You won't regret the experience.

Bought an 8’ outdoor kitchen at Paradise Grills in Naples and the entire experience was terrific. Starting with a nice showroom to view options, Ted the sales person was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped my wife and I pick out the right kitchen for us. We were very impressed with the quality of the materials. The scheduled delivery date was quick, the delivery team was punctual, very courteous, extremely competent and they did a great job assembling in a short time. I am extremely satisfied with our purchase and highly recommend Paradise Grills. (We received delivery today and pix shown is before final hookups tomorrow)
