I can't say enough good things about Parkway Marine in Tallahassee! I brought my Carolina Skiff in because my Evinrude 115 engine wouldn’t keep idle, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. Even though Evinrude is out of business, they researched and found out that the parts I needed were still under warranty. They warned me that the process could take several months, but they had my boat ready in just a month—with the warranty covered the parts and very reasonable price for labor.

What really stood out was their customer service. I was kept informed on a regular basis. When I came to pick up my boat (on Valentine’s Day, no less), the service manager happened to be driving by with his daughter and still stopped to check in with me. He made sure I was happy with the repairs and even took the time to explain everything they did, including some extra small fixes they handled along the way.

On top of that, the boat looked amazing when I got it back. Even after sitting there for over a month through bad weather, it was spotless—perfectly clean and well taken care of. Parkway Marine definitely earned my trust. If you need boat repairs, this is the place to go!

Ended up finding a mechanic an Hour closer to me that could get to my boat right away but Fred was super helpful over the phone and didn’t have a very long wait for me to bring it in had I not found someone closer and less busy and you can tell he really knows his stuff. Would definitely recommend this place of business and will use them in the future if I need

I can't say enough great things about Parkway Marine. The entire staff is amazing, and we were lucky enough to work with Fred in finding our first boat. He was super patient and knowledgeable in everything from the manufacturer's history to which bank and insurance to use. We're new to boating and he spent the time to walk us through all of the boat's features AND how to use them. We’re really happy with our purchase and the overall buying experience.

I brought my boat motor to be serviced before duck season and I was told by parkway marine I would receive a call for a quote the following business day. They refused to answer my calls and didn’t even look at my motor after 2 weeks. When I called no answer and I drove 1 hour to drop it there. All around awful customer service and care! I would seriously recommend to consider any other boat mechanic you can find!

I’ve heard different opinions about parkway over the years. I called to see if they had wiring I needed to finish my trolling motor install and had a great experience over the phone. Stopped by and dealt with the same guy, he was very friendly and super helpful. Ended up leaving with the wiring I needed, batteries and trays, charger, coupler lock and spare tire lock, all the little odds and ends I still needed. They earned a new customer that will definitely be back in the future.
