Our experience was great with Patio Chair Supplies. I ordered a swatch which was accurate to my computer screen and arrived quickly. The new slings came quickly as well. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is how hard it was to install the slings. The directions are good and accurate, except it took 2 of us pulling and pulling the sling to slide down the channels. The material I ordered did not stretch as much as they indicated in the directions. But I love my new slings and would still have ordered them!

We ordered replacement slings for our patio chairs. The first fit was slightly loose. We sent photos for adjustment` and ordered (3) additional slings. We now have (4) high quality chairs saved from the scrapper for much less cost that purchasing replacements. This is the way to go. I'm glad we were referred to your company.

We chose to drive to the warehouse to select the fabric in person but could have easily ordered online. The slings arrived quickly, before we expected them. We replaced them in 10 chairs that now look beautiful. Yes, the first one was the hardest but youTube videos, WD40 and a stretcher tool saved the day. The folks we worked with were helpful and accommodating. Would definitely return but we're hoping these slings last a long time.
