This is without a doubt the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. They were contracted to our house from Invitation Homes multiple times.

One of the times, they came to lay down new sod and left a beer can and a bottle of powerade in our driveway. They also left the driveway a complete mess with grass everywhere.

What's funny is that I opened a work order for them to come back and clean their mess up, and all they did was send a guy out to give an estimate to clean it lol.

This most recent visit they came to try to fix our sprinkler system for about the 10th time, and left a broken nozzle all over our driveway, and a bag of them in our walkway.

Unfortunately Invitation Homes keeps hiring them so I guess we're stuck with them, but look elsewhere if you need anything done.

Very professional on how they handled our gutter repair. Responded quickly, Wayne came out to access the repair, on the day & time he said he would. Then a scheduled repair time was made, and they came out the day they said they would. Their employees were very patient and listened and answered any questions I had, before, during and after the repair done. They made sure I was happy with the repair and replacement of our gutter, and cleaned up, before they packed up and left. It was great to deal with a company that respects their customers! Thank you! Will definitely use PPM Outdoor in the future.

Recently my family had 3 trees removed from my home. The boss and the crew were amazing. We had a miscommunication with the rental and tree company. They came back immediately and fixed the problem. They left no clippings. My yard looks brand new. The trees are gone and my yard looks 10 times better. Thank you for the hard work and giving us sanity that nothing will damage our home

PPM Outdoors are NOT proficient or skilled in trimming palm trees. PPM Outdoors was contracted to trim two palm trees at our new residence. The photos below speak for themselves. They grossly over trimmed the palm trees to the point they may not survive. They did not skin the frond base 3’ below the terminal growth as expected from a professional arborist. They left our trees butchered and covered in unsightly layers of frond bases covering most of the tree. They left the property without knocking on our door or showing us their finished work. Please do not hire this company! The photos are the AFTER 😭.

I work for this company due to a merger of sorts and can honestly say without a doubt in my mind that the management and ownership of this company are completely unmatched. No company I have ever worked for has ever made me feel this welcomed and not just heard but understood. Truly a family worth fighting for.
The only issue I have working for this company is the lack of motivation/drive from the other crews . I often feel as though I'm the only one putting in effort. It really feels like everyone is more concerned with one of two things. Getting off early or getting as many hours as they can with bare minimum input/output/results.

This company is FABULOUS! They are quick to respond, fast at providing estimates and their work is exceptional! Very happy with their fencing product. The hurricane knocked some panels down and they acted quickly to get it repaired!

They installed the fence at our house. Did not use concrete to secure it, it's all crooked and slapped together like a child did it. You can see from past reviews from other people they blame budgeting. Don't take the job if you can't do it the right way. And unless you speak Spanish, forget about communicating with these workers they hire, who do not know what they are doing. They are awful and Invitation homes continues to use them. Why would any company put their name and reputation on such shoddy work is beyond me. And why is it OK with this company that they slap together a fence, don't secure it or the fence caps, do not use concrete, and cut it in places that it shouldn't be cut, leaving gaps. PPM, please explain this all to me. And spare me the budgeting crap, all the materials should be in your quote. Please explain to me why there are gaps in my fence because of how your idiots installed it. Please explain why no concrete was used and caps not secured. Please tell me why there are no fence clips where there should be fence clips. Please explain to me why my fence is all crooked. If you cannot explain this all to me, then you are nothing but fly by night scammers.
