This company took advantage of my elderly parents- they were asked to put 18 total feet of mulch around three separate trees and some additional mulch around a rose bush- they did ONE of the three trees and the bush, as seen in the pictures I’ve attached. They also did an EXTREMELY POOR JOB. See those weeds sticking out of the mulch? Any professional knows to put down a weed barrier prior to mulch! They refused to come fix the problem- tried to charge MORE money to “fix the misunderstanding.” The only other things they did were trim a few bushes, replace some dead plants, and weeding. And they charged $2,600 for this! Now my elderly father is trying to finish the mulching of the trees himself. Just horrible! Do not recommend this company for landscaping services.

Both bad and good. Bad because they are very misleading with their pricing. The helpful lady who helped me find my tree in a nice selection to choose from said that the tree we found that was $400 came with free installation. I go up to the front desk to pay and ask for the 50% off that I had on a coupon offer I brought. He took 1/2 off then said there would be a $200 charge for installation, bringing the total back to $400. (plus delivery charge) So either way, you pay full price, even with a half off coupon. Sort of scammy way to operate business. Even though they had a nice selection of trees, I probably won't shop there again because of that.

I purchased various expensive evergreens and trees. The person who showed me the trees I was looking for was very nice and helpful. I was going to have the trees delivered in less than a week so I was good with that. However I called 2 days later and told them that JULIE was coming to flag the yard before digging but they would be done on Wednesday a day before the delivery, The gentlemen who I spoke to said there was not a problem, " just call when JULIE is done on Wednesday and we'll deliver Thursday". I called and informed JULIE was done on Wednesday and I spoke to Frank, The most RUDE, disrespectful person I have encountered! He told me that the person I spoke to before was incorrect. And they were not sure when my trees would be delivered. I asked to speak to a supervisor and his answer was "I am the supervisor!" I asked to speak to the owner and he said" He's not here but he will agree with me" This Frank told me in a very rude manner you called to hold off the delivery and now I'm not going to put you back on it where you were. You have to the bottom of the list. I was appalled! that this person had a job there! I see by the reviews that so many others had the same Rude staff!! Don't go here, it's not worth it! I will NEVER return!

We've been using Perricone for years, our first experience with them was having them install a brick patio about 15 years ago, it still looks excellent! They've also installed several larger trees for us, all of them have been beautiful. We keep going back because they have great selection and we love supporting local businesses.

I purchased a Tulup tree 2 years in the late fall when the leases had fallen off. Perricone told me if the tree was dying dying it would replace it. WARNING!!!
Turns out the tree was dead in the top center and other dead branches on the side. I called them and they told me it needed to have more dear branches. They would not warranty the tree. I had to “top it off” because it was dead at the top. But if the top is dead, the tree is doomed.

DO NOT BUY A TREE FROM PERRICONE IN THE FALL UNLESS YOU ARE OK RISKING COMPLETE LOSS OF TREE AND $$$.

Don’t know what to make of this place. They have a wide variety of plants and bushes but the customer service is just not it. Aside from Mr. Peterson, everyone else has an attitude and answer questions in a rude manner. This includes the owner and his son. Can’t even say hi back to you as you walk-in, or thank you once you’re done with your purchase. Also, when they have the annual sale of “ everything 50 percent off”, not everything is included. Might give it another go, but might go in with my headphones on so I can ignore their negative energy and go about my business.

I always have the best luck with the flower (both annual & perennial) from this nursery. We’ve also bought trees and vegetables that have thrived. Not I let are the plants beautiful, but the customer service from all I’ve encountered hade been very professional and helpful
