Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this company, I never received a call back and called multiple times. I don't know if this is a smaller company or just started as there's only eight reviews. But I will say I'm lucky they didn't answer as a friend of mine had this company out a few months ago and allegedly damaged the roof, again I didn't see it but I don't see why they would have the need to lie. It looks like possible friends or family members may have added reviews to help boost his Outreach. Customers always come first and you can't get business if you don't answer the phone oh and might I add from the conversation I had with my long-term very close friend, the owner David disputed paying for the damage to the roof. Again I don't have proof like pictures or documentation but people don't have reasons to lie. Had the company answered I could have possibly asked about that situation.

We are seasonal campers at Encore Sunshine Holiday Daytona Lot R5. Last week the crew came and trimmed a large oak and removed two pine trees from our lot. The three of them worked in a very safe, efficient and professional manner. The site was left spotless. I would highly recommend Personal Touch for all trimming and tree removal services. P Whalen

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! We are so pleased with the work David and his crew did at our home. Not only did he actually show up on time but did an amazing job with the massive trees we had! Great crew, Dave and his men showed up on Monday morning and took down, cleaned up and ground the stumps on 2 trees...great work and fair price.
Definitely would use them again!
