Rick created some as-built plans for two buildings that I bought. One had a a change in occupancy, sans permits and the other had never been
permitted. Each had some unique challenges. An engineer he used to use made some assumptions that didn’t apply resulting in a certain set of requirements for inspections. When it was discovered they didn’t apply Rick went back and changed the plans to reflect actual requirements and walked the new plans through the county himself to get them approved. The following inspections were held and both passed. Don’t hesitate to use Rick to help you out.
