I love this park every morning (7am) after leave my kids at school,walk with my dog.
I don’t understand why the maintenance man is a bad actitud . He was driving in a white pick up ,4 rows around the park watched me feeling me discomfort at the park every morning !!im not homeless,im not vandalizing, i clean after ?! Make feel harassment . (The man on other comments Dennis )
Today my dog did pee in the play ground he shout me with a bad actitud noo…. Running to me : you know is a kids area stay your dog away ..? i said ok sorry ill be care about it .. He touched his head yelling me “use your mind” !! ‍♀️ dont talk me like that , he was offending me ;don't have to make feel i stupid cause i don’t using my mind to a dog do pee hello…is a open area in the desert wild animals be there around the park doing po and pee , that’s why my dog like smelling everything.
why yelling and offending? He’s job is a public services don't have to be disrespectful.

I have been getting harassed by Dennis P. Morrison (Parks Maintenance) on Facebook.(He identified himself as a San Bernardino county employee). He has made false claims (about a dumped trailer), slandering my public image, commenting on several of my posts in multiple Facebook groups. I will not stand for these false allegations, I requested for him to post his "proof" publicly, but with no response. Will be filing a complaint on the phone and personally in your office this week. Will be forced to pursue legal action if he continues to harrass me.

They are rude, I called a couple times after fixing a leak asking questions to make sure I’m making a difference on my usage. They were irritated, didn’t care and must dread taking a simple phone. My bill is auto pay, I’ve never not paid or refused to pay. I got a phone call notice and I fixed a major leak the same day it was brought to my attention. I wasn’t refusing to pay a bill that was double or anything, just trying to get help. Sad they treat their good paying customers like this. I’m never calling again, worst experience ever.

Good customer service however after submitting trust documents last month showing I'm the trustee they said they have no record of them the young lady that helped me today was much more competent then the last young lady that helped me the woman today actually called me direct to let me know about the missing trust information .

Love the $40 bill, including the Chromium 6 charge even if I use NO water. $3 to pay the bill with a debit or credit card? I thought you were a COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT?! Why not put some of this money towards a grader so you can actually serve us and grade the roads? This is messed up. I think a total restructuring is in order.

Decided to appear for Thanksgiving dinner at the Pinon Hills Community Center on Thanksgiving Evening and WOW! What a surprise! The people we're absolutely amazing and friendly. They served all the guests present and personally asked if we enjoyed ourselves... Of course we certainly did. It was so warm, inviting and friend for those who had no other dinner invitation or planned to cooked if alone. I was encouraged with those that put the Dinner on for the community because of how warm, kind and giving they were to everyone. It was a Blessing for my husband and I. Met some nice people!

Really nice office in Phelan but the cost of water continues to increase making things more difficult financially. Guess it's the way it is. The ladies in the office are ALWAYS VERY NICE, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL which is a HUGE plus for the consumer like myself. Thumbs up for their professionalism! You ladies Rock!
