We were looking for a peaceful water feature for the entry of our church. Precast Concrete had a great section and Javier was pleasant during the purchase process. The delivery and setup crew were amazing. They got to work, each one a master at their task. They took the time to make sure it was installed correctly and level and the water effect was what we desired. Thank you for the professionalism you displayed from start to finish.

Phoenix precast has been great with helping to assess and fix the problems with my fountain. Kevin was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me even helping off hours to determine what was going on and fixing it. Corey has also been amazing and continued to work to get to the root cause of the problem and stop to leak that was occurring. Thanks to the whole team, it is much appreciated!

I was not sure if I should give a 2 or a 3 star but I went with 3 because the new pots they gave us look nice. You may be wondering why I took some stars off We ordered two pots from Phoenix Precast (PP) and upgraded to the Charcoal Brown color. We were told there could be some "slight variation" when it came to the exact color. Well...take a look at the pictures I posted where the circular pot is what we thought we were getting from a color standpoint and the square pot is what we actually got - it's literally black with a SLIGHT hint of brownish/reddish. I also included another picture of the sample color where we went with the one on the right. PP told me that the painter who worked on my pot has been a "little heavy handed" when it came to adding these types of colors. Not sure if they are heavy handed or color blind because those colors do not even sit next to each other on the color wheel. PP said they would have replaced them but now there is a national shortage for the type of color we choose so we would need to select another option. All other options were less expensive compared to what we bought so one would think they would refund us the difference, right? Well, not without us going back and forth a few times and having to bring on a manager's manager to set things right. They did end up refunding us the difference which was the right thing to do to begin with. But why 2 stars? The icing on the cake is that they charged us a restocking fee of $115. They would not budge on this but they did say they could take that from our refund so we would not have to pay them anymore money...how thoughtful of them!

We did end up ordering 2 new pots and they look great but I'm not sure if I would do business with this company again when it comes to more custom type orders.

I’ve used them before and very pleased with the quality of concrete planters for residential use. I placed a new order, 6 pieces, to match my existing. I used their sample for reference. I should have brought the sample with me when I picked up, however I did not anticipate any issues. I mean how can you screw up concrete planters. I live 30 miles away and their delivery cost is expensive. I got home and looked closer. My items were not close to the sample. I called and emailed 4 times over two days trying to resolve issue.

I understand it might not match perfectly. No problem. I think they used the incorrect color ingredient. My tan sample which exactly matches my existing items is not close to my order. My order has a pink “hue” to them. It was closer to the “Buff” or “Sedona” color. $1K spent, disappointing.

Return emails stated that colors fade over time and colors can maybe exactly matched to samples. I sent crystal clear pics to them with discrepancies.

I’m trying to post pictures. They did respond 4 days later with more questions, however their initial response shut me down and I put the items to use. They look great, just don’t blend in. Disappointing.
