Picture Build exceeded our expectations! We had been referred to them by family friends who couldn’t say enough good things. The whole process was great! Dana and Jorge were patient with us as we picked the perfect flagstone, drought tolerant plants, and lighting. The lighting really made it all come together. We can’t wait to use them again for our next project. Would highly recommend Picture Build.

Five stars for Picture Build. Daniel, George, and team did an excellent job in remodeling our backyard. The project was on time, in budget, and client communications were great. They are very organized and it's obvious this is a very experienced team. Execution was great and everyone who worked in our property was very friendly and professional. We will hire them again next year for our frontyard.

I haven't written this review until now because I've been outside admiring my new back yard ever since it was finished! From my designer Daniel, to George who supervised the job and all the crew in between, I was met with knowledgable, professional and considerate people. They all worked hard to make my yard more beautiful than I imagined it could be. I highly recommend Picture Build to turn your yard into your very own oasis.

***Review update: although it took numerous attempts at contacting Picture Build regarding the incident below, they finally came through and offered to replant the plants in our backyard! I was informed that the designer has changed. The new designer was extremely helpful and completely understanding!
Original review: We had used picture build a few years ago for my front yard and my backyard and I actually would like to give them 0 stars! When we met with the designer, we made very clear that we were looking for plants in the backyard that would provide us immediate privacy. The plants that they planted have not even grown more than a foot in the last three plus years. They obviously did not use the right plants to achieve that goal. It has not provided me with the privacy that I needed, in fact one of the plants has completely died. I have contacted them on several occasions to request for them to remove the plants and replace them with something that would provide me with privacy as I paid a lot of money for their service. However to date, they have not been able to accommodate me. My last request was for them to just simply remove them. They wanted to charge me $200 to remove the plants. This is an insult to injury. In addition to this major concern, they did not do a good job planning and planting in the front yard either. Many of the plants died and others are either overcrowded or placed in an odd location. I will not ever recommend them to anyone.

The whole team at Picture Build did a fantastic job with our front and backyard remodel. They handled the entire project including design and construction for the pool, built-in bbq and appliances, drainage, hardscape, landscape, and lighting. Dana did a great job with the design and Jorge was an excellent project manager. All the employees on the job day-to-day were friendly, efficient and reliable. Special thanks to Max, Hugo and Carlos. Mo was very organized and clear with the billing throughout the project. I strongly recommend Picture Build for your outdoor remodel needs.

Picture Build was an excellent landscaping service. They responded quickly to our inquiry and connected us with an amazing design team who created a beautiful plan for our backyard. They were also transparent and clear and affordable in their pricing scheme and the team that completed the installation was fast and did extremely high quality work. We love our new backyard (we were replacing a pool) and can't wait to see the plants grow! Pictures are before and after.

We had an amazing experience with Picture Build! Our home is new construction and we were looking to complete our front and back yard in entirety. The first conversations we had with the Picture Build team included discussions on designs, costs and timeline. The team was easy to work with and aligning on the design didn't take much time at all - we had previously meet with a few companies who didn't do the due diligence of making sure our yard was what WE wanted so the efforts made by the Picture Build team were much appreciated. Also they are reasonable AND affordable in terms of cost! The company is fair in the work that they do and how they conduct business. During the design phase and first few walk throughs, Brian the owner of Picture Build joined the team and provided great insight into our yard and design. Jorge was our project manager during the entire process and he made sure everything was not just taken care of but that it was to our liking - he is easy to work with and really went the extra mile!

Once we got going, the Picture Build team sent different teams for the different areas of our yard - this included a custom putting green, a half basketball court with newly poured concrete, custom garden boxes, planting, putting in synthetic grass, lighting through out the front and back yards and pavers in both the front and back yards. The crew was great! Picture Build does a great job sending the right people for the right job - the pavers team was exceptional for example in putting together the front walkway, setting the pavers and make sure our paver design was as expected. The experience was the same for all other areas of our landscaping - a team specializing in concrete, a team focused on synthetic grass and putting greens, etc.

Overall an excellent experience with a team that is professional, courteous, on time and has a reasonable price! I would highly recommend them and would use them hands-down for future projects. Many thanks to Jorge and the Picture Build crew for making this experience a great one for us!

Led by Jorge, the whole Picture Build crew knocked our project out of the park and transformed our front and backyards into the outdoor living oases we dreamed of. We've worked with other contractors who don't show up as planned, leave early, leave projects unfinished, add hidden fees, etc., but this wasn't our experience with Jorge and his team. They are the real deal. Every step of the way, they were punctual, professional, hardworking, and truly went above and beyond for us in every sense. I cannot recommend them enough and will be hiring them for any other projects in the future!
