I came in here about a month ago interested in the new Catalyst 858 and was told “I’m the boat guy I know nothing about snowmobiles”, pretty odd considering I’d think snowmobile sales don’t happen everyday, and would be a main focus during winter months.
Came in again for oil and spark plugs recently and I asked about if they are doing oil refills, instead of paying for a new jug every time, I was told the same thing! “ I’m just the boat guy”, didn’t know at first then just said I’d have to buy a new jug and couldn’t answer any other questions. When Ron was here you didn’t leave without all the info and parts you ever needed.
I understand being short staffed but that’s how you want to be represented and for all your customers to see and experience that visit? I’m local and have been coming here for years and years. I also have friends that visit here as well and have experienced the same thing and are unhappy as well. If there were a closer dealership I wouldn’t even come to this one anymore and definitely wouldn’t have confidence to buy a new sled for $20k from them when their operation runs like this.

OUTSTANDING!!! I purchased a new Chaparral 307SSX from Mark O'Dell at Pilot Knob and I could not be happier! Mark was fantastic, from the initial discussions at the boat show, right through the purchase and delivery and EVEN MORE IMPORTANT, AFTER THE SALE!!! He went out of his way to answer all my questions, follow up when I would call and make sure I was happy every step of the way. Quite honestly, I've never had a better experience purchasing a a high ticket item. GREAT JOB!!!

Went in for fuel..they dropped fuel cap in the water.Come back in 1.5 we have one around here to fit it.Came back nope,but will order one monday.Tried calling Wednesday and Friday no answer.Went there again today (Sunday)after being told they have it.They give us a plastic black cap..not the stainless steal one we had on there.What a waste of my time and fuel.
