I recently had a pest lawn service inspection, and I was very pleased with the experience. Perry were knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and were very easy to deal with.

Austin S. Came out to start caring for our new lawn. I came out and saw him. I honestly was happy to see him wearing protective equipment, both for skin and lungs- I have rarely seen professionals taking appropriate care of their own health when treating yards.
We spoke and Austin explained that weeds are already taking root but my new lawn is right on the edge. He didn’t want to risk burning the roots, so he did some treatments to begin with and will be back in a couple weeks to retreat. Austin seems to be knowledgeable and I appreciated him explaining his plans. So far, we are happy with Pioneer Pest Services.

Since starting with Pioneer services, our lawn has improved 1000%! It takes a little while be patient listen to what they’re saying do what they tell you to do and your yard will also look wonderful!
