I purchased (8/24) 2 Wolf Eye Kousa 3 gallon Dogwood trees. Trees came quickly. The issue is that both trees were not straight - they had a bend to them that I don’t think will ever straighten out. Plus they were packed improperly and the top of one of the trees was broken off. It’s been more than a week since I’ve let Pixie Gardens know the condition that these trees were received in and I’m still waiting for a resolution.

Update. It is 10/9/25 and I still have not heard back from Pixie Gardens. No attempt to correct to order or credit me back what I was charged. I had to ultimately report it to my credit card company. I would not advise using Pixie Gardens.

UPDATE: (6/21/24)
It's amazing how after I leave a bad review, (6/17/24) suddenly some action gets taken 2 days later on the 19th, when it says my order suddenly has shipped. On the 21st the large box arrived. I could say it was just coincidence, but I think not.

Arrival conditions:
● Packing - Fairly thorough and taped and supported and plants insulated.
● Plant Condition - Mostly okay, the Rose of Sharon even had a bud almost ready to bloom. The Buckeye unfortunately looked a bit more stresses and I've since had to cut more dying and wilted leaves/branches off. Hopefully it will recover after some acclimation.
● Plant Care/Directions - Decently thorough enough.

Correspondence:
Very poor; the fact emails and telephone calls are ignored but a bad review suddenly yields a response, (then ironically including a "version" of my last email as part of the packing stickers in the "Note" section) is rather disconcerting.

Overall, I'm thankful that my plants finally did arrive, and were not dead, but the way customer service is held, would make me pause before considering ordering from them outside of being in person.

It might be a fine nursery for those locally in Georgia, (based on what I see in reviews) but I am sorely displeased wirh their service and communications/correspondence.
I placed an order back in October 2023, for two, 3 gallon trees, and was aware I might have to wait until Spring for at least one I'd them to ship. Here it is almost summer, almost $200 later, and nothing; no response to email, phone goes to a default automation that goes straight to an unanswered voice-mail box. I'm seriously considering reporting this sham of a company to the BBB since it just feels like a scam business trying to screw people out of money, with a few Fake, "great reviews" to make it seem legit.

If they actually see this, I hope they respond to defend themselves; it will be more communication than I've gotten in the past 8 months!

Ordered two trees from Pixies Gardens, a Kawanza Cherry & a Redbud, both 3 gallon that was supposed to be 4-5' tall. When they arrived, they were in a 2 gallon pots thrown in a box with zero supportive structure. The redbud had several branches broken off, so there were only two viable at 2-3' growth not the 4-5' they were supposed to be, and the cherry only had the current year's growth and was maybe 2-3' tall. I contacted them regarding the order & the fact that they shipped the wrong size plants/pots and received zero response. Now the redbud is dead & I've had to replace it. I would not recommend buying from them. Terrible customer service & a complete waste of money.

I purchased 3 different 4 in 1 trees at the same time and all 3 shipped together - peach, pear and cocktail tree. Shipping was fast and all three trees were packed well. They also, overall, looked fairly healthy. A bit of bug holes on some leaves.

The pear tree looked the best of the bunch. The peach and cocktail tree looked healthy overall, but they did not have 4 grafts as they were labeled. The fruit cocktail has healthy growth from whatever they use as the root stalk and one graft that has survived. The other grafts did not show up alive (although you can see where they were). The peach tree has the main growth from the stalk and two grafts that have two tiny leaves sticking from two grafts.

I've added pictures of both the good and bad grafts. Overall, these are not '4 in 1 trees'. I reached out to Pixie the same day the box arrived and I opened it. They responded and asked for pictures which I sent. Now, they will not respond. I have not planted these last two and not sure what to do. I could have gotten much older and healthier peach tree locally if I only wanted a single kind peach on it!

Two stars for the good shipping, pear tree and healthy other trees. But, misleading based on what I ordered (4 in 1 trees). I'm disappointed overall and will wait until my local nursery has the 4 in 1 trees back in stock. Not sure where, or if, ill plant these. Limited space and I can't plant these plus new ones that I eventually get.
